An example of HRM is way in which organization hires new applicants and trains thosenew as well as existing workers. Human resource management is very essential in developmentof small companies into strong and powerful international organizations. 1.2 Rationale of research Small organization development is very essential in world as it helps to grow economymore and more. Human resource management helps a lot to small businesses within UK andsupport to managed their functions via hiring new and talented workers. The reason behindchoosing topic is to evaluate the requirement of Human resource management mostly in smallfirms. Small organizations required HRM to develop its business more and more, researcherselect this topic to identify the importance of HRM in this development. 1.3 Research problem Small company need to focus on overall functions and activties of business, they just notonly focuses on HRM section.
