INTRODUCTION
Every day the complex nature of business environment is increasing. It is becoming
tough and difficult for organisations to deal with the complex behaviour of business environment
(Hrivnak, 2019). The competition is increasing and company needs to identify the solutions so
that they can deal with these situations. It is important to note that every field requires a proper
management in order to achieve set objectives or goals. This proposal aims to analyse the need
and importance of management in organisation. Management is the key of success of any
organisation. This report will be discussing the objective and reason of choosing topic.

Rationale
Management is defined as the process of planning, organising, directing and controlling
functions of an individual as well as an organisation. In order to become successful in
organisations, it is very important that there should present management of all functions. This
will lead to success as it provides smooth functioning of every department of company. It is
necessary for an organisation that they have a management team which ensures effective
management of all business activities. This is the main reason that management topic is chosen
for this proposal. Today's business environment is found to be get complex and dynamic in
nature and due to this the need of management is increasing (Shoimardonkulovich, 2020).
Management is not providing smooth functioning but also helps in reducing the conflicts among
employees in the organisation. There are many situations occurs in the company in which they
need to use management so that they can deal with that situations. It is found that management is
required in every field not only in organisations but it also requires in every individual day to day
life. Without management, it is not possible for individuals to run their life in an effective way.
Management is required in the state of coordinating all business activities. So that every
employee is able to work together and also able to give their best in order to accomplish
organisational goals and objectives. This is the reason that management should be understand by
every individual. The importance of management should be understood so that people are able to
use management in their daily activities. It is also found that management motivates and

encourages people as it handles all the work in an effective manner. This will lead to save time
and money which reduces the stress level and also motivates employees.
