analysed in the Tesco. Also the company is using SAP and different system software to attain the
competitiveness in log run. The below report has evaluated the different types of networking
technologies and best one for the company. The report has described the impact of AI in order to
enhance the business operations. Further, it is discussed the different stages of the software

Information technology is mainly used as for safeguarding the data and helping the
employees which helps in securing and working in efficiently. With using the IT in the
businesses it mainly helps in planning the business according to the trends to solve all the
problems for attaining growth. Tesco is mainly recognized as the multinational retailer serving
wide range of food and non-food products to the consumers. In this project report it provides
details about discussing the system software essential for every hardware in the company.
Further, defining the ethical and social issues are increasing importance. Also, identifying and
differentiating different types of networking technologies. More over discussing the impact of AI
in enhancing the business operations. Lastly explaining stages of software development life

Discussing importance of system software which are essential for every hardware to be operated
in the businesses
System software is mainly used for the managing the computers by maintaining its
background for completing certain task in the company. As per the view point of Forkosh Baruch
and Erstad, (2018) The different system software is being used in the company which helps in
managing is daily operations it mainly includes:
MIS: The MIS is being use by the company as for managing and operating the business
by converting the data, also helps in analysing the information by researching the external
sources which helps in taking important decisions. With using this software it mainly helps in
directing the business for making the best use of the available applications and on the SAP
business projects. With using this system software it mainly helps the company in regulating and
calculating all the expenses for making the monthly decisions by the managers in the company.
Also it helps in finding the employees working hours and handling the sales by optimising stock
for producing the quality of goods. Also using MIS mainly helps in regulating day to day
activities in the accounting by making invoices, controlling inventory, providing consumers
details etc. further more by using the oracle in the manufacturing and producing helps in
planning the production and processing it one timely manner.
