INTRODUCTIONThere are different groups who are working in the business entity called as teams. In agroup work, performance is a important and essential factor. Each and every group have to focuson their goals and objectives as well as accountabilities to achieve them (6 Opportunities fromeffective team working, 2017). The most effective teamwork happens when they have to putmore efforts to accomplish common goals. Present report is based on Zara which is a clothingand accessories retailer. In the below mentioned assignment, discussion on importance of teamworking within an employment along with theories related to group dynamics which includesethical requirements.TASK1. Importance of team working within an employmentIn company, teams are to be formed when individuals with having a common taste aswell as preferences to accomplish a common goals and objectives. Team work is essential aswell as necessary so that they can corporate for the better output and also having a better bondingamong the employees. In Zara, sales team have to do work with a proper coordination for doingbranding along with marketing activities which will assist in promoting their brand. Researchteam have to do research and identify needs and wants of consumers and have to fulfil them bydelivering products and services of good quality. There are different organization should run forcharity and they should have to met targets so that revenue should be generated. They have tomet the tasks for a long time so that they can offer work in a specified time (TEAMWORKINGSKILLS, 2017). If any type of problem occur then manager have to identify solutions and take correctjudgement. Manager should complete the task at a faster pace but the work should be done in ateam. As individual person takes lot of time to complete the work. In a team, every personhaving their own roles and responsibilities and they have to fulfil them according to level ofinterest. When they have to do work then proper coordination is necessary to satisfy needs andwants of consumers. In the market, Zara is facing high competition and in company also, amongteam members competition is also increasing (Savery, 2015).
