Guide/support a colleague to maintain a good professional practiceIt is evident that carrying out good professional relationship helps workers to enhancetheir capability and thus improve skills and knowledge to render the best quality services topatients in care setting. However, care providers is required to follow proper ethical code ofconduct in regard to support and guide other care workers in relation to maintain goodprofessional practice so that quality services can be delivered to patients (Scott and Foster,2013). Each and every care worker aims to use appropriate code of practice and inform serviceusers regarding the quality services to be delivered so that their expectations could be fulfilled.For instance, it is significant for care workers to guide and support each other in regard toprovide best care services to patients so that they can maintain good professional practice andthus develop trust and confidence among care providers. Furthermore, it is essential for care workers in HSC to assess the training needs ofcolleague and render them the best services to patients. Also, maintaining good professionalrelationship results in creating friendship and positive work culture so that several other benefitscan be delivered to them (Houle and et. al., 2012). Health care workers require guiding andsupporting colleague so that they can enhance their professional practice in relation to make thework environment happier and productive. For instance, it is significant for care workers toassess the needs and wants of other colleagues so that they can develop professional relationshipand develop innovative and creative work environment so that best results can be attained. Also,Continuing Professional Practice is carried out which is a lifelong learning helps in improvingprofessional relationship with other colleagues and thus improve their relation so that appropriateresults can be attained. Creating professional relationship helps in understanding each othereffectively and thus perform efficiently in regard to render the best quality services to care users(Woolfenden and et. al., 2015). 2. How cultural differences influences on the delivery of careCulture involves beliefs and values shared by one individual within society. However, allculture possess similar systems of health beliefs so that appropriate health care facilities could berendered to patients without affecting their health. Also, proper training needs to be given to careproviders so that they can render similar services to every individual without carrying out anycultural differences (McSherry and et. al., 2012).
