Nursing leadership
 The leaders are the ones who motivate, guide, along with ensuring that
the needs of their subordinates to accomplish their respective goals and
objectives.
 Therefore, nursing leaders also work in improving the quality of care of
healthcare services. As the nursing professionals are the frontline
professionals in delivering the care, the nursing leaders must provide
