the other hand, the most important issue that is being faced by the people with the modernization
is based on the complexity of the processes and the availability of the resources. The
complexities have brought major differences in the health related issues being faced by the
people therein.

undertaken by the organization before rendering a service is checking the quality of the service
and the applicability of the service on the issue faced by the client. The issues faced by the

3 Management issues and the effects on the clients
Integration among the internal departments is the most important consideration that every

are facing challenges in the mental health due to their addictiveness to the drugs and their basic

the proper integration of the department in order to make sure that the proper healthcare services
are being provided to the people. The lack of transparency in the procedures is again an
important consideration that must be undertaken by the organizations in order to undertake

2015).
