For the chosen project registered training organisation (RTO) is used as the
base that are help for deliver nationally in order to recognised VETs training and
qualification. This is determine as providing support in order to completing the
need of the individual learner that are help for providing access to the
educational support and services which is considered as necessary for meeting
the requirement of training product that is specified in training package or VET
accredited coerces. Further, course chosen for the project is graduate diplomas
that is taken after completing the first degree also this is affiliated by level of
study which is varies in different countries from being at same level as the final
year of bachelor degree.
Describe the cohort of learners
you are basing this project on.
Cohort of learner for the project is related to the group of 10 students that are
studying in graduate diploma course which is related to training program. This
course helps for start learning by focusing more on mic of live classes from
teachers, then peer based learning and collaboration is used for project outcome
such as exam and motive is to pass in exam with good grades. Also, this student
group is focus on RTO in order to successful of training program.

 For the chosen assessment learning material is used such as visual,
audio, audio-visual and electronic interactive that is related to
microphone, books and journal, online sites, videos etc.
 Interactive training technique is used for the project because this is most
effective.
 Assessment method is used for project is formative assessment in order
to measure the student learning on daily basis and ongoing basis.
 Another resources are related to the textbooks, software, relevant
reading material etc. Then class content and lecture delivery tools were
used in training.
 For the chosen training program, it can be said that technology played

techniques in regards to reflect on qualification requirement.
The requirement is related to get good grades and knowledge for their course so
that they can ensure about the action of learner and knowledge test that help to
demonstrate on the basis of skills of student.

basis of last strategy that is formative assessment for evaluation it is necessary
to changes into summative assessment. The challenge was found in order to not

practice by opening training session.
For the technology it is most important part of the education in order to enhance
the knowledge of student by providing different type of resource such as online
sites, videos, podcast etc. Also, advance in contemporary practice is necessary’s

On the basis of retrieval practice this is used for involving frequent
testing or quizzing during the period of time in order to more focus on
encourage student for recall memory. For testing the learning
practice it is necessary to use the formative assessment technique in
order to improve the knowledge and understand the level of student.
According to planning this is the best techniques which is necessary
to used but on the other hand, this approach is being used for
retrieval testing in regards to more focus on encourage student by
providing system for quizzing and frequent testing. This method is
also help for enhancing knowledge in order to transfer and combine
the aspect of learning new outcome by completing the successful of
learning concept.
On the basis of testing trials, it can be said that there are major
participants are related to the 12 month for success.

online sites, videos, podcast etc.
Also, advance in contemporary practice is necessary’s for developing
the knowledge regarding Formative assessment which is applies to
the courses in order to more focus on improving the performance of
student. All the source is available at google scholar in order to

From the above testing it can be analysed that this is one of the best
approach which help to analysed the best approach for identify the
learning outcome in order to mores focus on formative assessment in
which student can applied their knowledge as well as they are able to
improving their performance by understanding on the basis of deep
knowledge and this is the major practice that is used by any
organisation. Yes, learning can be improved in order to more focus
on developing their knowledge as well as getting best result by
involving all the student. This program can be helped for next session
of training in which all the resources will be used and enhances the
knowledge so that it helps to work for trial participants. Also, trial
participants are able to understand the comment of tutor.

It also enable an individual develop their capacity to reflect on
and also learn from the experience which also helps in

In order to motivate and encourage and individual it is

which will help in encourage to give their best performance
which also contributes in their development. The knowledge
and experience can be shared and conveyed by encouraging and
