communication in a healthcare institution. For this purpose, an interview was designed in an
acute care setting that was aimed at increasing the satisfaction of patients and also avoiding
frequencies of missed or ineffective care at the healthcare institution. In the given article nurses
reported a lack of familiarity with the patients’ plan of workload challenges and care.
Throughout the article, quantitative as well as the qualitative methodology for extraction of data
was being taken into consideration. The decision-making was formed on the basis of providing
effective nursing care to patients who were in need of care or are being affected by illness and
another related disease. The article finally concluded through the application of healthcare
strategies and other theoretical operational working bases with operating them in the nursing
process. The major limitation of the article relates to not considering any other healthcare
facilities of the region or state. Therefore, the findings so obtained in the research paper was
based on limited healthcare institute that reduced the quality of the article.

those who provide cardiac care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients in the
healthcare institution. In addition to this, relative discussions were also made for bringing in
potential improvements at the workplace. For inclusive of the discussion better terms were being
established on the basis of which coordinated efforts were being highlighted that were in respect
to undertaking effective communication technique at the healthcare. From the provided journal
article various conclusions were being effective communication plays a vital role in culturally
and clinically workplace environment. Through the analysis, it can be said that supporting
coordinated care and improved skills are required to meet the communication needs of

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients. This encourages better working standards and
effective healthcare facilities provided within the institution. The provided article had limited
scope in which only constraints of communication were being taken into consideration.
Therefore, communication was the only aspect that was considered at the healthcare firm
ignoring any other operational activity. This limits the scope of the article and provide a false or
unreliable impression on readers.
