Improving Electronic Device Processing at DELL EMC using DMAIC Method

This report discusses the use of DMAIC method to improve the flow of electronic devices through the assembly, assembly verification test, basic configuration test, configure to order, and final test processing at DELL EMC. The report identifies the key problems and inefficiencies in the process and recommends the use of DMAIC method to address them. The report also includes a value stream mapping and contribution of the student.
