INTRODUCTION
The following case study is about the LTR which is considered as a Housing Association which
is situated in Luton with the mission and aim to provide with suitable housing for local
community people which helps in focusing particularly on providing support and assistance to
helpless individuals. LTR carry out its business operations from its main central office which is
headquartered in the town centre of Luton but also used to own and control several other
different housing blocks which is split into general housing purpose and in supported housing.
The department related to general housing purpose is controlled by separate different functional
teams in the company which is responsible for managing and tracking problems existing in their
area. The department related to supported housing is also controlled by functional teams by
following same system in order to manage their effective facilities and also provided with a
personal coach with every resident which helps in assessing and analysing the needs and wants
of the individuals in order to arrange and manage support services as and when required by the
person (Bamata, 2018). Each of the assigned team is responsible for supporting the persons
which helps in retaining and tracking information needed for evaluating the areas by using
emailed requests.

business operations smoothly and appropriately in the competitive business environment. The
company mainly solve issues or problems of the residents by giving the facility of customer
service team. Employees plays an important role in analysing the business operations and in
attaining high growth and success in the market (Csősz and Szeghy-Gayer, 2021). For running a
successful business simply means having the right type of departments which helps in carrying
out the business functions effciently and with safe procedures and processes. There are several
recommendations that company must adopt for improving its operations and business systems in
