Future forecasting is a most important and vital method that helps business
organization to run the operation effectively and efficiently in a given future period. In
this below report, the discussion are majorly focuses on the external factors or
issues that would influencing the company future performance. The Employee
performance alludes to the tool employed by the workers or employee of an
enterprises to perform the operation practice by utilizing less resources (Santos,
Murmura and Bravi., 2018). The main motive of this employee performance method
is to help the company manger in examining the particular staff member practices
and deviation of their performance. In other hand, People performance management
helps to regulate the better communication between the management and
employees that affected positively towards them by declining future risk conflicts.
The following report is based on the business crystal travel, it is a local business
agency and its work is to provide traveling services to the visitors and tourists. This
agency is located in the part of London, Currently company is consider as small
scale industry. Now, it wants to expand or develop its business for better earning and
making the standard. In this report, there are several tools and techniques are
discussed in relation to improve the future performance of the business. It is also

company future position or performance. Performance management is a best
method for making future plan of action for the companies or an individual one. This
practice helps the staff members and management to communicate with each other
during the year (Wielsma and Brunninge., 2019). Therefore, it is used by many of the
firm for observing the performance of each and every single employee and it also
resulted the performance of deviation. It is also analyse the sector where the
business are lacking mostly and provide idea how to overcome from this situation or

methods in purpose of performance enchasing are described below:
