Lulia: Hi, I am Lulia and I am the one who keeps on facing issues in preparing
presentation. The main issues that has been faced by me while giving and presenting the
presentation comprises of lack of confidence along with the issue of rambling and lack of proper
focus. I also need a guide to have improved communication level and along with having better
research work to ensure more attractive and interesting information about the subject during a
presentation. George, can you please guide and coach me on the Topic of Presentation.
George: Hello everyone, I am George and I am going to coach and provide guidance to
Lulia on the subject of Presentation. It has been analysed that presentation skills are one of the
most vital academic and professional skill that supports an individual to present and show case
their idea in a more creative and attractive manner. Still many issues are being faced by
individuals in presentation of facts. The most common issues and problem identified and faced
on presentation subject comprise of having a poor start and ineffective introduction of the
presentation that creates a negative impact since starting. Further, falling to address the
audience’s concern and having boring content and too much jargon are also seen during the
presentation. Along with this, lack of effective communication skill is also a very big a reason
that creates problem in presentation and leads to higher rambling and lack of proper focus and
ineffective visuals are also faced.
Thus, Lulia you also need to firstly focus on your research work and communication skill
to ensure a better and interesting content for your presentation along with having improved
interaction with the audience. Setting out of your key gaols during the resonation would also
ensure you to focus on the key aspects of the content and meet the set targets along with sharing
of passion and confidence level is also vital to have improved presentation skill. Along with this,
I would also like you to suggest that you should include some personal stories and experience in
your presentation along with a good quality of humour. Further, including the key points and
being attentive to the asked questions and relax yourself before the presentation to properly and
dedicatedly interact with the audience are key guidance that you should implement and follow to
have better presentation.

Lulia: Thank you George, your coaching and guidance is really helpful for me to have
betterment in my presentation skills. Having focus on my communication skill through having
improved networking and connection with other would definitely help me out have better
presentation. Along with this idea of setting out the goals is also seemed suitable as it supports
that my content of presentation would derive and focus on the set goals thus would be more
interesting and meet the subject matter. Along with this, practising the presentation and
becoming more confident during the presentation and ensuring proper answers for the audience
long with having good humour would definitely support the improvement in subject of
presentation.
Adrian: I am Adrian; I am facing a lot of issue in properly managing my time. I keep on
getting late and also miss the deadline of many project and also face difficult in proper
bifurcation of my work. Along with this, spinning on work is also my issue that leads to miss
management of time without doing any real or actual work. Thus, lack of proper time
management skill is my key problem identified. So, Lulia could you please coach and guide me
on the subject of Time management.
Lilia: Hello Adrian, Time management skill is one of the key knowledge and
understanding that is required within all individuals to support improved planning and better
prioritization of important task. Further, it has been also seen and observed by me that failing in
prioritizing the task and having a procrastinating behaviour that includes spinning in the circles
instead of doing real work are the main problems faced that creates ineffective time
management. Along with this, an inability in managing the distractions along with lack of proper
organisation and delegation of work are also the main reasons that creates the issue of the lack of
proper time management skill.
Further, Adrian to have better time management skill you need to focus on the setting the
priority for your daily work along with having a proper scheduling and deadline for each task is
needed. Setting priority ensures that none of the important work get overlapped with any not so
easier work. Along with this, making use of the proper of time tables is also suggested for you as
it ensures better and more systematic approach to priority and organise the think in an improved
manner. Beside this, I have also observed that improver delegation of the work is also the key
reasons because of which ineffective time management is faced by you. Thus, I would like to
coach and suggest you the proper use of the statistical and time management tool such as Gantt

chart and WBS. Use of the Gantt chart supports a better organisation of all the activity through
setting a systematic process and flow of all activity that would lead to better completion of your
project and activity on time. Further, use of the WBS by you support an improved delegation of
the work and role and responsibility between you and your other team members thus, supports
improved coordination of time. Along with this, keeping a to do list and having more focus to get
resolve and eliminate the distraction are also vital strategy that would support the improved the
time management skill.
Adrian: Tank you George, these strategy and suggestions are vital for me to have
improvement in my time management skill. I really want to appreciate your idea of prioritising
the things and activity which ensures that I would not fall off and miss deadline of any important
project. Along with this, the suggestion of not getting destructed through unnecessary work and
remaining focused on getting work done within the set time line would also ensure the better
management of my time. Beside this, Adoption of the use of the statistical tools such as WBS
and Gantt chart could also be made by me as it supports improved and systematic management
of time and also reduce the chances of overlapping of work and confusion.
George: Yes, I am sure that your time management skill would get improved through
adoption of the suggested ideas. I had also seen and find out in recent business environment that
the concept of the customer services is getting highly popular and many organisations are
adopting it as their main customer retention strategy. I am facing certain issue in the subject
matter of the customer service. Adrian, would you like to coach me on this subject matter.
Adrian: Yes, sure, Customers service is also one of the most vital subject that is currently
seen within the business environment that comprises of the support that is being offered by the
organisation to its customer. It has been seen that the slow response from the organisation, lack
of real time engagement along with ineffective communication and lack of unified customer
view are common issues and challenges that are present within the customer service topic.
Thus, George, to have improved customer services skills it is important and vital to first
of all have an effective communication and interaction with the customers. A social media
interface can be provided to customer where they can easily share and communicate their
complaints and feedback. Along with this, practicing active listing and learning to empathise
with the customers along with using the positive language are also the vital ways that supports
improved customer service. Further, A Good customer service also includes and comprises of

providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in
