This research proposal explores the integration of Power Line Carrier System (PCS) technology with smart sensing techniques to enhance security in smart homes. The proposal addresses the limitations of current security solutions, including signal noise issues, single power line vulnerabilities, and cyber-security threats. It proposes the use of RS-232 interface integration with PCS to overcome these limitations. The research aims to develop a secure and reliable smart home security system by leveraging the capabilities of smart sensors, cloud-based monitoring, and advanced authentication methods. The expected outcomes include improved security management, enhanced data analysis through cloud integration, and increased privacy protection through the integration of smart bands and face detection systems.
