Recovery can mean different things to different individuals. It is about realization of
goals in order to support a person and their positive life style and can reduce their
mental illness.

RECOVERY FOCUSED MODEL
Recovery focused model focuses upon building resilience of people with mental health
problems so that their self- esteem and identity can be supported.
It is a strength- based model that does not focus upon symptoms but it also focuses
