Question 1: Activities by leaders to be successful in managing current time
Entrepreneur is responsible for establishing an organization for performing business
operations, through which it tend to ensure that it is able to develop products such that specific
customer requirements can be fulfilled and high revenue can be achieved. Leadership is
responsible for managing and influencing employee workforces to collaborate their working and
implement concentrated efforts for achievement of organizational target. Thus in order to
achieve the desired target leadership can implement several innovative approaches, for tackling
the uncertainties.
Develop strategy for managing Inclusion & Diversity- Organizational leadership is responsible
for ensuring that organizational employees are able to make collaborative efforts. Through which
high work productivity is being achieved and due to which leadership has to develop strategy
such that Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) factors are being integrated (Sanchez and Terlizzi, 2017).
This is important for organizations because organizations are having a large number of employee
workforces of different genders and skills sets. Therefore, the developed work culture tend to
empower each employee to showcase its innovative idea and skills sets by which the overall
work creativity of thee final product can be improved.
Establish a bidirectional communication with employees- In the present time of COVID-19
buying and selling of products is being reduced. Due to which companies have to ensure that it
properly maintain its financial growth and at the same time provide new products to the
customers as well. Thus as per the case study leadership has to implement several innovative
approaches, which include leadership approaches like participative leadership in which employee
are involved in decision-making. Through this identify the issues on the ground level which the
employees are facing (Stouten, Rousseau and De Cremer, 2018). By which it ensures that
employees are able to provide suggestions for improvement and also are having a clear
understanding about the work requirement, by which it can make appropriate changes within its
working process to increase sales.
1. Task allotment and team development- This is an step which has to be followed by the
leadership, in this step the leadership develops organizational team such that each
member of the team is having an expertise in their respective field. Teams are being
developed by leadership to achieve a specific task and through which it ensures that
innovative approaches are being taken to improve the weak areas. This is being achieved
