variety or types of students that allows all students in order to access course contents, participates
in learning activities and demonstrate their learning and strength related to the assessment.
Organisation or institution which will be considered for this report is Waltham International
College which has commenced the business from the year 2010 and provides education and
learning abilities (Yan and Sin, 2014). This report will concentrate on understanding different
components that has an affect on learning process. It helps in understanding the implication of

practices.
TASK1
1.1
The learning institute is subject to different factors which involves personal, social and
cultural factors. These factors have crucial impact on the learning abilities and such impact is
discussed below:
Personal factors: Such factors includes personal choice, housing status, offending
behaviour, etc. that will directly affect the learning. For instance, the personal preferences
or choice relates to the manner in which the person actually choose to be as the person or
behave the way whatever they do or are the results of some circumstances (Wingate,
2015). The another personal factor which have an impact on learning is housing status
where learners does not have a home and so languages and resources must be adaptive in
nature otherwise the learner may not feel participative in the course.
Social factors: The different factors which have an impact on learning is concerned with
marginalisation and exclusion. As per this factor, majority of the learners are
marginalised and excluded from the society. This will adversely affect the learners and so
it is crucial to develop trust and support with respective learners otherwise the learner
will going to resist from each and every learning situations.

Cultural factors: The factors included under this relates to religious beliefs and customs.
This creates an impact on learning as some of the learner are not permitted to eat meat for
religious reasons and so alternatives are required to be provided. If anybody will fail to
provide this and it will exclude the learner and creates limitation on their involvement
and participation.
1.2
The cognitive abilities are of different types like concentration, perception, memory, etc.
This will have an impact on learning as concentration relates to establishing proper focus, so
destruction of the same will lead to embarrassments, disappointments. The physical abilities
relates to the movement of hands, flexibility, etc. are some of the abilities which have an impact
on learning (Peer and Reid, 2016). For instance, if learner is not flexible or not able to adopt the
changing business environment then this will directly impacts their learning abilities and skills.
This is because, the education environment is also changing and bringing new concepts of
learning regularly. So it places a crucial need to learn all such abilities and skills. The sensory
skill is concerned with the ability of the brain to receive, interpret and effectively analyse the
different informations which are provided by all the senses. For instance, if there is some sort of
smell in the learning premises then this will distract and affect the learner and ultimately leads to
affecting the learning abilities.
TASK 2
2.1
There are different types of policies and practices which are to be performed at the
workplace, for instance, legislations and code of ethics. Legislations are the combinations of
different types of laws like employment law, which ensures that the rights and employees are
protected. There are certain code of ethics in the learning institute which means that right and
wrong have to be separated from one another (McLeskey and et. al., 2014). This means that the
premises is free from unethical practices which is normally performed by senior students over
the juniors. It is bound by laws due to which strict actions are to be taken against those who are
involved in performing unethical practices. Legislation are of different types like employment
legislation provides the protection to the rights and interest of employees while equality act

depicts that every individual will be treated equal and recognised as per their skills and
knowledge rather than age, class, gender, etc.
2.2
For explaining the policies and regulatory framework that have a crucial impact on
organisational policies relates to inclusive practices. So in this, an article or news will be taken
into consideration in order to depict the impact of organisational policies. According to World
Economic Forum, 2019, Baroness Valerie is the first person to be appointed as the first black
head in Oxford University, London. With this, the organisational has been able to bring in the
wealth and diversity by certain actions taken by the new black head. It determines that university
appoints individuals not according to their gender, race or colour but by their skills, knowledge
and customer base. The following are the benefits or positive influence of organisational policies
relating to the inclusive practices and they are discussed below:
With this, the institute is able to put emphasis on continuous professional development
because it creates an opportunity to learn and grow.
There is an assurance given to the individual students and overall organisation of quality
assurance in order to grow and develop (Haines and et. al., 2015).
The staffing procedures of the organisations are changed where the people will be hired
not as per heir colour or gender but by considering their skill and knowledge base.
Marketing and promotional schemes of the organisations are being updated and improved
in order to influence and attract more and more students.
The management of the institute will be involved where they will be part of every
decision which is to be taken in the premises.
2.3
The learning institute is subject to different policies and frameworks which impact own
inclusive practices. So by adopting the policy of legislations and ethical practices, there has been
direct impact on the various inclusive practices. Therefore, the practice of using legislations and
code of ethics has affected the individual positively. As they feel safe and secure within the
institute so they remain motivated and concentration is also established effectively and
efficiently. When there is a proper set of laws then the security is assured relating to the job,
atmosphere, surroundings, learning, etc. This motivates and channelises the potential of the
individual in order to grow and develop the individual towards the betterment of business growth

and success. And the concentration will be made properly with helps the individual in thinking
and developing suitable results (Fox and Macpherson, 2015).
TASK3
3.1
As a trainer in the educational institution, there are certain roles and responsibilities
which effectively relates to inclusive practices. For this purpose, I will going to put emphasis on
the nature and behaviour of the students which will help me in knowing that how much happy,
motivated and satisfied they are with the institution. By identifying the gaps, due to which
students may not feel happy or energised, I will provide certain training sessions that will help in
eradicating the respective doubts of the students and enhancing the problem solving approach.
Apart from this, I will train each and every students irrespective of their age, class, gender, race
because the institute believes in delivering knowledge and learning to those who have the ability
to obtain it. It provides assurance of equality and for this, I will identify each and every
individual with different training needs and gaps which they may face. I will improve their
learning base and abilities by providing them safe, secure and friendly atmosphere where
students will not treat me trainer but as a friend where they will be able to share everything
without any hesitation problems. Furthermore, I will going to conduct initial assessments so that
I can derive learner's need, knowledge and abilities.
3.2
My role is to provide proper training in the education sector to the students. In this I used
to provide overall development of the individual from improving their communication skills to
getting them ready for working in professional field and multinational companies. The other two
roles of professional which can be considered for this project is lawyer and financial accountant.
The lawyer establishes the certain laws which the educational institution must be abide with as in
this, the students and overall organisation feel safe and secure and proper concentration of trainer
can be maintained in providing respective training sessions to the students (Florian, 2015). Apart
from this, it ensure equality in every aspect and field such that the motivation can be maintained
as there will be no discrimination. While at the same time, accounting professional has another
major role in inclusive practices because they provide proper funds to the trainer so that they can
commence the training sessions properly and without facing any hurdle or problem. This is

because funds are required at each and every level so finance or accounting manager sets the
budget for the same.
3.3
The students are needed to get trained and learned different aspects like personal
development, build communication skill, start emphasis on improving their cognitive skills so
that they can think critically and will be able to derive more appropriate and suitable results. So
for this purpose, like personal development session can be conducted where students will be
trained regarding the manner in which they have to sit, talk and walk when they will going to
work in professional field. This development is highly important as it will help in gaining the
learning regarding the development of individual which will ultimately also provide confidence
and eliminates the problem of hesitation (Florian, 2014). The communication skill is highly
important for the individuals for it must be effective and efficient where the individual learner
can easily present their views and opinions in front of various people. For this purpose, the
trainer will organise various group discussions, presentations, debates, etc. so that they can build
the communication skills. Furthermore, the cognitive skills can be improved by considering
different alternatives and making critical evaluation of each and every business situation.
TASK4
4.1
The inclusive learning environment is one where it relates to different societal factors.
This practice is focussed towards providing importance to all the learners irrespective of their
backgrounds. This is treated as one of the most challenging task because people will have to deal
with such individuals who are involved in criminal or unethical activities. The key features and
benefits of inclusive learning environment are discussed below:
This helps in developing information and data of the respective course more interesting
which encourages teachers and students both to teach and learn (Clark, Dyson and
Millward, 2018).
Learners are possessing more ability in order to connect or ask questions because it
makes them completely involved in the course which they feel relevant to the situation.
This further allows the learner to be more relaxed which supports in the learning
procedure and improvises success.

This further assist in transferability of skills which renders materials through several
context.
4.2
For promoting, equality and value diversity in the educational institutions, there are
several ways and approaches which can be used and they are discussed below:
Experiential learning: This is the manner in which the individuals learn from their
mistakes which is a crucial part of learning procedure (Booysen, 2014). In this, the
learner are motivated to bring their own knowledge and and expertise so that proper
suggestions can be framed.
Multi sensory learning: As per this, learners are able to use wide variety of teaching
styles so that they will be able to gain flexibility and adopt themselves in dynamic
situations and conditions.
Using e-learning and technology: The growth of technological innovation has helped in
providing an assurance that each and every individual has proper access to the learning.
This type of learning has high level of flexibility where the learner can stop any time and
take a break so that they will feel refreshed (Beacham and McIntosh, 2014).
Cooperative learning: This provides an assurance to the learners who work as a team
and assures that the contribution made by each and every individual is equally given
recognition and value so that they remain motivated.
4.3
The term inclusion is related to accomplishing equality and embracing diversity. The
primary motive of this is to support the learners in order to attain the objectives in an inclusive
and accessible manner (Barrett and et. al., 2015). This can be ultimately achieved with the help
of equality of opportunities. The following are the ways for promoting inclusion:
Developing safe and secure learning atmosphere where every learner will be given
opportunity irrespective of their gender, class, colour etc. This environment will be free
from unethical practices like sexual harassment, bullying, etc.
Active promotion of good relations between diverse groups. It will involve developing
certain rules and regulations where learner will be able to promote and encourage group
cohesion n class. Therefore, learning from different cultures can be done through group
discussions as well.
Document Page
Providing a confirmation that each and every learner is completely involved in all
different aspects of learning where not even a single learner will be excluded. This means
that learning material must be such that it successfully meets the needs and demands of
all the respective learners.
4.4
The following are some of the crucial strategies for demonstrating effective liaison
between professionals involved in inclusive practices:
Mentoring: The learners will be acting as mentoring where they will be involved in
giving proper guidance and training sessions to the individuals so that the respective
objectives can be attained (Armstrong, Armstrong and Barton, 2016). Apparently, the
men-tee will be involved in observing the mentor in order to know that how they are able
to apply the respective principles effectively and efficiently.
Sharing of resources: It successfully promotes the sharing and exchange of different
resources. Then this stretches the knowledge base and resources such that the inclusive
practices can be promoted effectively and efficiently.
Risk reduction: The concentration will be given on minimising the risk because all the
respective assessments are required to be accompanied with the risk and then these risk
are assessed to determine if learner can attend this (Alexiadou and Essex, 2016).
TASK5
5.1
As a trainer, I give prior importance to the various resources because learners can be kept
engaged in different tasks and activities. I will used certain learning practices like power point
presentations which provides visual presentation that will help in grabbing the attention of the
learners. It will attract them and provide clear picture of anything which is to be made them
learned. Apart from this, word files and excel files are equally important because they will help
me in making learners learned about the way through which the respective information or
financial data can be easily organised and arranged. Furthermore, I always put focus on
considering critical evaluation so that learners will be able to gain this thing in order to improve
the ways through which decisions can be made.

5.2
The following are some of the strength and weakness which I poses:
Strength Weakness
Higher level of knowledge and
qualification from recognised
university.
Strong risk taking and teaching ability.
The higher level of confidence and
flexibility has helped me a lot in
learning, accepting and teaching a new
manner.
I sometimes fail to clear the query of
the learners.
The students or learners sometimes
became out of control and I fail to
establish proper control over them
which creates problem in learning
environment.
The respective areas which needs to be improved is developing inner confidence so that
the problems of the students can be solved effectively and efficiently. Apart from this, I will need
to be stubborn in my work and actions because lenient behaviour with learners is not always
beneficial because they take it lightly and as a teacher I lost control over them. So I need to be
friendly with them but at the same time, strictness is important as and when required.
5.3
In order to improve my skills in inclusive practices, I will have to attend various sessions
of offline and online mode which depicts the way through which the skills can be improved. The
various opportunities includes role play where students and teachers both will be equally
involved and they will have an opportunity to know that different opportunities can help in
learning the respective skills. Apart from this, social interaction with students and co workers is
another opportunity where the learner will be able to get familiar with the different natures and
surroundings of the students (Adderley and et. al., 2015). They will be known that how and what
kind of teaching is required to them in order to improve the learning skills. The use of different
time management strategies is another important opportunity for the teacher where by managing
proper time, the respective goals and objectives can be attained.

CONCLUSION
From the above it has been concluded that inclusive practices are very helpful for
families, teachers and even institutions. Such practices helps in knowing that how a learner must
be trained and guided so that they can be developed appropriately. Such practices have crucial
impact on overall institutions and stakeholders like students, teachers, etc.
