According to me, it is an approach of coaching as well as teaching, in this practice;
students completely participate in all the activities of learning as well as demonstrate their
knowledge, skills and strengths (Nafsika & Essex, 2016). It is a model, which provides the
wide style of knowledge, education and training to all disable students (Helen, Wilcockson, &
Cook, 20018). I believed that by finding challenges at the stage of design, offering varied series
of education, appraisal as well as activities related to the feedback, the commitment of the
student regarding their studies, and learning is widely increased, this practice provide a dynamic
result for the success as well as progression of the students. In this, teachers play an important
role because it provides several courses to the students, according to their needs and
requirements. In this approach responsibility of the teachers increased due to promoting the safe
and better environment in the schools, in which differences of individual are appreciated and
respected (Shah, Das, Desai, & Tiwari, 2016). Inclusive education schools believes that all
the students with diverse needs should treated equally, in this disable students gets various
opportunities, actions as well as environment in which they can participate in the general
education and other extracurricular activities (Nafsika & Essex, 2016). The responsibility of
the teacher is to aligned the objectives of school with the objectives of individual person, the
teachers also develop various strategies, methods, structure that enhance the participation of
disable students which is in the special needs of learning. It is the cost effective approach, the
education provides various actions as well as to develop the children who is severe handicapped
(Tzivinikou, 2015).
