INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice can be defined as teaching style that acknowledges all the learners and
help them to satisfy their needs. This helps them to learn in appropriate manner with the use of
different teaching techniques (Finkelstein, Sharma and Furlonger, 2021). The inclusive practice
in the field of business management is part of this report. There is evaluation related to personal,
social and cultural factors on learning. The features and benefits of inclusive teaching are
important part of this report. Afterwards, there is evaluation regarding the policy and regulatory
frameworks that have impact on inclusive practices. Own roles and responsibilities related to
inclusive practices is critical part of this report. The points of referral to meet the needs of
learners and maintain relationship with professional are part of this report. There is need of
evaluating own strengths and weakness is mentioned. In the end, five-point action plan is
formulated to improvise own skills in regard to inclusive practice.

There is key role of learning in developing the individuals and helping them to attain growth
and success. All the individuals are different from one another and the teacher has to assure that
teaching is done in such a manner that all the students are able to learn and develop themselves

learning of students. The impact of following factors on the learning is as follows:

for the individual. There are various efforts which is been provided to them, the main focus is to
provide the healthy working environment in which the individual is treat with fairness and there
is no discrimination. There are multiple learning sessions in which there are programmes which
is been provided to the individual. Being a teacher of business management The main focus is to
provide the assessments which will help the students to learn new things and there are certain
measures which can be taken in order to improve the areas. There are various responsibilities
which is been related to the inclusive practices. I make the session more interactive which will
help the candidates to learn new things and identification of the areas for growth.
