INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice can be defined as teaching style that acknowledges all the learners and
help them to satisfy their needs. This helps them to learn in appropriate manner with the use of
different teaching techniques (Finkelstein, Sharma and Furlonger, 2021). The inclusive practice
in the field of business management is part of this report. There is evaluation related to personal,
social and cultural factors on learning. The features and benefits of inclusive teaching are
important part of this report. Afterwards, there is evaluation regarding the policy and regulatory
frameworks that have impact on inclusive practices. Own roles and responsibilities related to
inclusive practices is critical part of this report. The points of referral to meet the needs of
learners and maintain relationship with professional are part of this report. There is need of
evaluating own strengths and weakness is mentioned. In the end, five-point action plan is
formulated to improvise own skills in regard to inclusive practice.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
a) Personal, social and cultural factors on learning (1.1)
There is key role of learning in developing the individuals and helping them to attain growth
and success. All the individuals are different from one another and the teacher has to assure that
teaching is done in such a manner that all the students are able to learn and develop themselves
(Yada and et.al., 2021). It is necessary to know about different factors and their impact on the
learning of students. The impact of following factors on the learning is as follows:
Personal factors
Sensation and Perception: The students have sense of organs that impacts their learning
experience. The stimuli responses in differ speed and this creates difference in learning. The
level of perception also creates difference. It is seen that if the students have positive perception
then they are able to learn effectively.
Emotional condition: The students that have ability to control the emotions are able to
make the students learn properly. There are various problems that are caused if the students face
emotional problems as this stops them to learn. The happy and satisfied students are able to
develop their learning capabilities and remember the information effectively.
