There are number of teaching and learning approaches that are used by me in order to have
significant impact on primary school students so that greater amount of knowledge can have
provided. There are variety of approaches that are taken into me for inclining specialization in
turn needs of students can be fulfilled (Dewsbury, 2017). Developing critical thinking,
communication, social, self-management, research, etc are needs of students that are required by
them for inclining specialization in particular field. For example- it becomes essential to teach
problem solving skills to the students of primary school so that continuous trying for achieving
delegated task and work can be completed.
Teaching & student centered, project and inquiry based learning, personalized learning,
etc are few approaches that are widely focused by em in order to enhance encouragement among
students so that higher confidence, self-esteem, critical, problem solving, etc are skills can be
developed. Implementing these approaches by conducting initial assessment so that their needs
can be identified to apply proper method of technique. On the basis of this, it can be identified
that this has helped me to meet requirement of primary school students in effectual pattern.

method adopted by me is effective which is helpful in making them understand fact behind

particular specialization it becomes essential to have inclined engagement and improved level of
productivity among learners of this age group. In my views using such method helped me to
promote team building and relationship encouraging attribute that enhances quality of work.
On the other side, I evaluated that there are few drawbacks that are needed to be
highlighted for providing reliable information among learners to increase specialization. This
includes diverting attention from the study, absence of personal connection, non-assurance of
reliability, validity of data, etc. in addition to this, I have analyzed that these are the major
drawback which influences ability to meet student’s needs.

children as they do not have knowledge regarding ethical & irrelevant behavioral components.
I have felt that it becomes crucial to build reliable and positive learning environment as highly
impact catching power of students.
