INTRODUCTION Reflective journal is a perfect way through which a person can note down some of the biggest thoughts which they achieve in their entire life (Bassot, 2016). Reflective journal is basically provided the exact idea which a person experience during their work. In this report, researcher present their own experience and their group members contribution in order to complete the project. MAIN BODY Description The report presents my own experience which I feel during the time to presenting a group PPT presentation in a class. This presentation is considered the best show for me because that realize me the importance of doing a work in a group. The demonstration is about the marketing topic and for that we start talking in a group and then select a place so that we all get together and start rehearsing for our PPT presentation on the topic of marketing. Further, after rehearsing I start feeling that work in a team is better rather than individualism. During rehearsing, we all start helping each other and we all realized having a brainstorm that help us to sort out many problems such as conflicts related to PPT presentation. It’s not that we all have spent a very good time during our rehearsal but we also share some negative moments too such that we all start arguing each other on some topic related to marketing PPT but at the end our clashes sort out and even me and my team members also try to sort out each other problem. Because we all are working as a team (Scragg, 2018). My experience during the entire PPT presentation was excellent because I learn so many good things. Went well For the first time when I met with other people I was hesitated because I usually ignoring to met with unknown. But after spending some time with my teammates during rehearsal, I came to know that they are also good and share a good information to each other. I also realized that they all always learn a new word and then applied it during last presentation which we perform in front of class and that I like the most among them. This thing I also learn and because of this practice I learn so many new words and in current situation I also used those into my vocabulary. But on the other side I also feel that something is not going right because of every one's busy schedule no one have a time to rehearse for our group presentation and to sort out this problem, I 1
make what's app group in which every night we all start presenting own part in front of each other through video calling. Everyone was amazed that even because of our engaged schedule we still practice and every member of my team also contributed their own part in this presentation. Went wrong Through this way, we all start interacting with each other and come to realize that the people should have courage and enthusiasm in order to complete the work on time. Hence, I also feel that to work in a team is actually good rather than doing a work in individual. Because many new ideas are generated and through this way to present the project in a class room become more interesting. During rehearsal time, there are so many good and bad things happen which also help me and my team members to learn new thing. Such that firstly, we have a small induction in which we introduce our self and then assign duties to each other like I choose to speak on topics because my communication I far better than other and on the other side, my other team members making some notes regarding presentation. They all say about their strength as well as weaknesses in frankly manner which seem quite interesting because it has been analysed that no one will speak about own weaknesses but they all did so and that thing impressed me a lot. After assigning duties to all we proceed to next phase that Is to know each other wrong point which creates negative impact upon the audience. In this situation, my entire team member do their work in strong manner. Even they stop me and says about my negative point which I like the most and in the same way they all say the same to each other. In this way our interaction become more strong. But it is all about positive thing, there is another side also in which we all have a conflicts and this also affect our project in negative manner (Chng, 2018). But this conflict also sort out and at the end we easily present our presentation.At the end, during our presentation, when my colleague feel hesitated to communicate his part then I covered those part and in this way we all contributed in entire presentation and completed our presentation in effective manner. Contribution On the day of PPT presentation, we all were so nervous and even did not face each other. I feel that I am a strong communicator but at that time I also lose my confidence and this makes me demotivate. But at that time we work as a team and start motivating each other. That day was our last day of rehearsal but for us that day was so special because we all did not know that we all will become so special for each other and the way we motivated each other I even cannot 2

We present different topic such as definition of marketing, its importance, various model used to evaluate the performance of the company etc. Even at the time of presenting a project I am not able to give proper speech and at that time my team mate support me and speak on behalf of me. This shows the team spirit and unity as well which every team must have. This positive attitude of my team members makes me more confident and I start presenting myself in effective manner and as a result, it becomes one of the best presentation ever. CONCLUSION By summing up above, it has been concluded that to work in a team assist a person to learn many new and different thing which I experience during my presentation. Hence, the entire experience was excellent and the contribution of me and my team member realizes that working in a team is the best part which every one should experience for once. 3
