Introduction
The foremost determination of the system vision document is to understand the
importance of the incorporation of an Enrolment System in National University. The paper will
be discussing the system capabilities, the impact of the use of this business information system,
resources required in the installation procedure, stakeholder mapping and the feasibility of the
project (Raymer, Biddle & Guan, 2017). Concepts of object orientation methodology along with
SDLC will be discussed in this paper. This business proposal will very much beneficial for the
university to manage their enrol procedure throughout their academic year.
Scope of BIS
The Enrolment System can be very much important for this educational organization to
manage the information of the students. The courses available for the students can be selected by
the students with the help of this Business Information System. Students can make all the
necessary changes using the BIS (Ballarino & Panichella, 2016). The BIS will be also useful for

options as a subsystem. The commencement dates of the academic terms and other essential

capabilities of the proposed BIS.

going to be conducted in a year (Agirdag, Yazici & Sierens, 2015). There are numerous benefits

associated with this project which cab solved by having a separate admin panel for the
dashboard for this BIS
 Operational feasibility: Service continuity of the proposed BIS is also a risk factor for
this project.

There can be three different categories of proposed outcomes for this project such as the
followings:

can be reduced using the new Enrolment System.

feasibilities of this project have to be minimised so that the desired results are obtained
from the BIS.
