• Therefore, this report will focus on the leadership styles and skills of Jeff Bezos,
the CEO of Amazon Inc.

• In this modern era or in this globalised world, Jeff Bezos is one of the best examples of
great leaders. He was the founder, chairman and CEO of Amazon Inc. born in the year
1964. He has a unique style of operating business and other activities and because of this,
his company in recent times is a leading multinational corporation dealing in so many
sectors.
• Therefore, it will be correct to say that, Jeff Bezos has helped in reshaping the world of
retail by introducing Amazon Inc. in the year around 1994.

leadership style, in most of this work he thinks about customers and
prioritize them. According to the articles published in the year 2012 by
Forbes, it was mentioned that, while doing a staff meeting an empty chair is

known as “empty chair tradition” mainly for a person who is a customer.
