should be developed to acquire the information provided with these lectures in effective
manner and for their personal growth and benefits.

Evaluate some strategies that students can use to improve their listening ability.
There are some strategies which can be adopted by the organisation to improve the
listening ability and achieve the goals and objectives in an appropriate manner. These are
discussed below:
Be fully in the moment: This is the first strategy which can be adopted by an
individual while performing a particular course attending a lecture on zoom. It is helpful for a
learner to listen all the words clearly and interpret the correct meaning of lectures passed by
the teacher on the zoom. This also makes them to learn effectively as well as identify the
information in an appropriate v but paying attention to the words and the tone. This is helpful
in identifying the facial expression and body languages which can be used to improve the
working. This will help the learner in getting the information by underlining the key words.

their intentions as well as their learning ability to the teacher who is teaching on the zoom
classes (Shin, 2016). This is because if student want to show their its interest within the class it
