Brief description of Apple and its financial turnover Apple Inc. is one of the big technological American multinational company founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. It is famous for designs, consumer electronics and computer software. Currently there are various products which they sell in the market including iPhone smartphones, iPad tablet computer, Mac Personal computer, apple watch, Air Pods and many others. Computer software includes macOS, iOS, iPadOS and many others. Such computer electronics and Software are operated in more than 25 countries including Australia, Belgium, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and many others. The financial revenue and turnover In 2004, Apple has a turnover of 8.2 billion and after decades sales and turnover has exceptionally risen up. The charismatic leader motivate their employees to improvetheirwaysof workingand work withthe bestof ability.Such leadersare exceptionally talented and has a great skills of communications. In relation with Apple, they can use this type of leadership when there is workload and if there is a need to increase their turnover in the market (Lumby, 2019). Democratic leadership: In this type of leadership style, leader gives suggestion to their employees for decision making process. In democratic leadership employees opinions matters a lot in workforce before approving of the final decision. This type of leadership includes creativity and team spirit in employees. In relation with Apple organisation, the democratic leadership style can be taken into the consideration only when there is a need to promote team spirit and cooperation from employees (Ayeleke and et. al., 2018). Laissez-faire: In this leadership style, leaders want their employees to work smoothly and with the best of ability. A laissez-faire leader trust people in their work system and give them opportunity in leading various departments. 'Be remix' coaching techniques states that to enable an employee receive coaching from leaders so that he will achieve objectives and work strategically in an organisation. The four techniques include 1.Use positivity as a base:Positivity gives ways to achieve growth and success. It is a responsibility of managers and leaders to use positivity as a base of every employee. Leaderscan use this technique in Apple organisation to motivate employees helps them in their work management because there can be several barriers from which negativity can be simply occur however to reduces it, there is a need to have a strong positive scenario amongst leaders and team members to achieve growth and success.Managers are responsible for building a positive team and create such type of environment in an organisation so that sales and turnover will be increase and employees will be happy towards the organisation. 2.Be a consistent presence:It has been suggested that every employee have ups and down in their professional and personal life however there is a need to have a consistency so achievehighergoalsandbenefits.Aleadermusthaveaconsistentpresenceon employees so that it will create a change and improvement in Apple organisation. A managermust have a consistent presence on employees so that it will helps them to lead and make a good impact on others (Wang and et. al., 2018). 3.Trust building:The bestleaderconcentrate more on the success of the team and to lead the success there is a need to build a trust with their employees.
