INTRODUCTION
In this Competitive market it is necessary for an individual to have an efficient skills and
knowledge that helps in achieving higher paid jobs and increase the personal as well as
professional growth. It is impotent for a person to improve their learning skills at university as it
is valued in Organisation by employer (Cameron, 2019). The Company seeks for an individual
that have unique and innovative talent which is different from other people. The Individual must
show their skills which helps in attracting employers and get a position in Firm. The Interviewer
gets attracted when candidate has good personality and proper qualification according to the
vacant job position (Bas and et. al., 2017). Nowadays it becomes difficult for employees to

the ability to interact face to face with others. Nowadays it is necessary to socialise in University
and workplace as it helps in making strong relationship with colleagues and employer. In
Organisation, employers are desperately seeking for a candidate that has public speaking and
strong presentation skills. When an individual is able to attract the audience with its
communication skills it increases the chances for success. The Students must learn different
