INTRODUCTION
In present contemporary world, creativity is important in order to bring new and
innovative products & services at market place. Creativity is related to turning the ideas and
thoughts in real context for betterment of whole society. Generally, creativity is related to bring
something new which has not been introduced by any one so far. Now, creativity is important
whether it is academics or professional career (Doody, Lyons and Ryan, 2019). Without
creativity it is not possible to differ oneself from others. Creativity is related with the ability of
an individual to perceive the world in new ways and bring hidden pattern within society. The
present report is a reflective document which comprises different skills, potential learned during
academics. It comprises a lot of practices which were used by an individual for developing
various skills to grow in personal as well as professional career. There are appropriate theories;
frameworks are also applied in order to analyze the journey of personal development. In
addition, it also includes detail in terms of team work along with the learning and insights which
have been gained throughout the process. Lastly, a plan for improving creative skills in future
period of time has also been included in the following report.

Personal development is regarded as a process of assessing own skills and identifying
areas of improvement with an aim to get success on future period of time. It is a lifelong process
which is used for continuous learning and development. Here, individuals set goals and put
efforts in order to realize those goals in real context. Main aim behind personal development is to
maximize the potential of an individual in an efficient manner (Osgerby, Marriott and Gee,
2018). In this, a person identify own areas of strengths and weakness for finding the scope of
development in future. By personal development, an individual is able to identify personal talent,
capabilities which are essential to differentiate yourself from others. On other side, it also helps
to identify scope of improvement in order to get better opportunities of growth and success in
future period of time.
