INTRODUCTION
Personal portfolios are consistent that need to be taken care of throughout your work.
You can easily display the samples of your work, details about yourself, completed projects in
the past (Phipps, Tam and Ashcroft, 2017). This report is based upon the case study of Heathrow
Compass Centre. This report highlights the Stakeholder of project and also highlights the
personas of visitor and new employee. After that the report concludes the WDA of an important
task which is being performed in the organization. After that the report concludes the integration
of UCD and Agile development with the help of PERT chart. In the end the report concludes the
power and indivialism aspect of Hofstede’s study in between Indian and United Kingdom.
MAIN BODY
Users and stakeholders
Customer: They are the most important user of the service, there will be two kind of the
customer who will be using the same service in the nation. The first user will be the business
class customer; they are the one who will be generally using the robot for the purpose of
knowing the timing of the flight as they are more aware about the different location as they used
to travel on regular basis. At the same time the other kind of the user in the nation will be family
based, they are the one who will be using robot to find out the different location as compare to
the flight time.
Competitor: Another stakeholder of this project will be another compass centre, as they
are the one in the nation who will be investing variety of the resources in efforts to develop more
updated technology in the organization, this may impact the efficiency of different operation of
the robot in the nation.
Owner: They are the another important stakeholder in the nation, they are the one who
will be providing or investing the different resources toward the robots. This stakeholder in the
market will be having the monitory interest linked with the robots, as they will hope that they are
able to generate a good sort of the earning from the different robots which are being invested in
the market (Bisantz and Mazaeva, 2016).
Employee: They are the one in the organization who used to carry out the different
operation of the robot, they are one of the important stakeholder in the project as they will be
providing the different guideline to different robot in the nation and on the basis of the same only

robot will be performing the activity. Guidelines can be in the form of different algorithm which
has to be followed by the different robot in the nation.
Persona of visitor and new employee
Persona of visitor
The visitor is the person who comes to the compass centre to visit and use the services of
provided by the company. These can also be regarded as the consumer or the user of the
services which are being provided by the Heathrow compass centre.
The visitors like the services being provided by the compass centre and also they like the fact
that for their need fulfilment the use of robots have been used (Behrisch and et.al., 2018).
But the thing which they do not like about this is that there is no or very less personal
interaction with the visitor coming to the place and the employees of compass centre. Thus, this
will result in isolation of the visitors, and they will get frustrated by communicating with the
robots.
New employees
This is the person who is recruited by the company for the completion of the work which is
required to attain the aim and objectives of the business. The new employees are the one who
need to be oriented by the policies and procedures of the company and what they need to work
in the company.
They like the fact that the company organizes for the induction and orientation for the new
employees. This involves interacting session with the existing employees and this motivates the
employees to work in more effective and efficient manner.
The thing which the new employees do not like is that the new employee may find difficulty in
adjusting within the new working environment. Also, the new employees will find it difficult to
adjust with the new policies and practices.

This is a function wherein the robot is assigned to take the visitor to the place where they
want to go (Borgo and et.al.,2018). This is majorly because of the reason that when the visitor

go somewhere like canteen, toilets ticket counter and many other places. So it is the duty and
function of robot to take the visitor to the destined place. Under this function the robots are
assigned the function of taking the visitor or the traveller to the destination for which they have
come (Cortiñas and et.al., 2017). Thus, here the main task of this function is to understand the
route through which the consumer can take the consumer or visitor to the place. This is majorly
because of the reason that for reaching to a particular destination there are different types routes
to go to the destination. Thus, for this the robot will first ask the consumer that where they will
take the consumer to their destination place. Thus, after getting the information relating to the
destination area robot will analyse and evaluate the different types of ways of going to that place.
After this analysis the route which will have shortest of time will be used by robot in taking the
passenger or the visitor to their destination place.

Function 2- finding flight information
Finding flight information: Robot in the organization used to provide the facility of
finding out the information of different flight. This function is generally performed by the robot
in the organization on the basis of the process. One of the important task of this function is
updating real time information in the robot, as there are many changes which used to occur on
the regular basis in regards of timing of different flight scheduling in the organization (Imeri and
et.al.,2018). This important function of the robot is generally performed in the organization on
the basis of a process. The first step is the step in which internal team used to pass on the time
scheduling to the manager of the station, who signs the document by confirming it with the
internal team and pass on the paper to scheduling officer, who generally used to check the
changes which has occur in the scheduling and after confirming it with the same used to sign the
paper and pass on to the displaying section who generally used to display the timing of flight at
Airport. After that the displaying team used to check the current information which is possess by
the robot and on the basis of the same used to transfer the document to the IT department who
used to update the different information in the robot.

Interaction design and information visualizations recommendation
Information visualization is the process of representing the data in the visual way that it
used to give the meaning full understanding to the viewer. In the context of above WDA
visualization representation it has been recommended to the organization that they must
highlights the process with the help of the scattered diagram (Curcio and et.al., 2019). As it
would have get very easy for all the organization in understanding the scope of the same very
easily in the organization. As in real it is very complex to understand the way document is
transferring in the organization. Another recommendation in context of the design is that the
organization has to make sure that they should design a document in a way that it used to give
the idea of using the data on the same point of time to the one who is going through the
document in the nation. Another important recommendation which has been made in the
organization in context of information visualization is that they used to pass on the different
guideline with the information also in the organization. IT would simplify different processing of
updating the data.
The information design and visualization is referred to as the system through which all
the information are being analysed and evaluated and displayed with the help of the pictures and
diagrams. This method is very helpful for the analysis of anything or concept as the person is
able to easily relate what the diagram says. In the similar manner the function of 'take me

This will assist the viewer in getting the whole process by just viewing the WDA only. With the

recommended to Heathrow Compass centre that they must work upon the stage of analysing the
different route of going to the destination. This is essential because of the reason that for
analysing the routes robots take a lot of time and this can irritate the visitor at the Heathrow

Managing the integration of User Centred Design and Agile Development activities
There are many different type of issue which is being faced by the organization at the
time of integrating the User centred design at the workplace such as it gets difficult for the IT
professional to understand different activity (Khlif, 2016). It also, used to create the variety of
the issue in the context of for the same reason there are different type of the methodology which
will be adopted by the organization. The first methodology which will be adopted will be the
structured methodology. These methodologies in the nation used to provide the variety of the
benefit in context of how different UCD method in the organization can be easily integrated in
the organization. This will eventually help the company in planning the variety of the step very
easily in the organization. Another measure which will be taken in the organization in the context
of integrating UCD method in the organization will be organizing a workshop in the
organization, all the employee of the organization will be asked to attend the workshop these will
help the company in integrating UCD into the robots very efficiently. Another issue which may
be faced at the time of integrating UCD in the device will be in context of working with and
using UX design in the agile development context. For the same reason organization will be
making a separate team in the organization who will be focusing on to the problems of UX
design in the organization. Team will be comprising of 4-5 employee and one team leader. These
step in the organization will eventually help the company in understanding the UX design more
easily which will help the company in carrying out the different activity of UCD more efficiently
in the organization.
Agile development activities- this is a development process through which a system or
software is developed. This includes different types of stages which need to be followed in order
to develop the whole system. In the present case the system of robots at the Heathrow is to be
installed and for this the agile development activities are used for implementing the solution.
These activities include the following-
Define- in this stage the concept or the process which need to be used is defined or the
problem for which the solution need to be found out is analysed. Here the problem is being
identified and the defined so that the problem ca be solved (Kim, 2017).
Design- this is the stage wherein the system of robot is designed to mitigate the problem.
Here the whole design of the structure is designed so that the whole process can be initiated for
the solving of the problem.

Build- in this stage the design of the system is analysed and then after all the analysis and
evaluation the system is built upon. This stage will help the company in analysing that whether
the thought design will be helpful or not (Andriof and et.al.,2017).
Test- this is the stage wherein the system which is build is tried and tested that whether it

Data collected shows that India is ranked 48 at the same time the UK is ranked 89 on the
rank. It generally used to mean that in UK people are more focused upon working and achieving
the own goal as compare to achieving the whole goal of the society (van Niekerk and Getz,
2019). These is not that great sign either but at the same time it is not that bad sign as well. As

integrating the robot in the India, where people are more interested in collectivism as compare to
Individualism will eventually means that the people in the India will be accepting the robot very
easily as compare to the UK. As Case study also explain that there are many individuals who got
irritate talking to the robot at the campus (Bosse, Harrison and Hoskisson, 2020). At the same
time looking at the negative aspect of the same it has been find out that it will get difficult for the
robots to maintain and satisfy the individual need in context of the understanding the culture
need in the organization, as most of the individual in the nation is toward achieving the collective
goal this will eventually open up the variety of the challenges to be dealt by the different
individual in the nation this may get difficult for the IT team to understand the different need and
will eventually will lower down the efficiency of the robot in country like India. This amount of
collectivism in India may be due to high level of the population in the country.
There are many different cultural differences among the different countries and the areas.
Due to this reason many a time the companies are not able to get successful in the other
countries. Thus, before going to any of the country it is the responsibility of the company to
analyse the cultural differences and requirements of the business or the activity promoted. In
case if the system of robot is designed for the Indian market then this will not be much
successful. The power distance of the India is 77 as compared to UK. Thus, this expresses the
fact that individual in the society are not equal and the attitude of them towards the culture is not
same and have many variations in the cultural values. Thus, the system of robots at the compass
centre will not be liked by the people who are in more power. This is majorly because of the
reason that the people who are in more power will not like the fact that instead of the work done
by the people the work is done by robots (Yee, 2019). But this is not in case of UK as the power
distance of UK is 35 which states that there is more equality in the country, and they focus more
on better working. Thus, they promote the use of robots within the compass centre.
CONCLUSION
With the help of the above analysis it was clear that for managing a human centred strategy it is
very essential for the company to manage all the stages of the designing and developing the new
system. The report analysed the stakeholder and user like consumer, competitors and others
along with the analysis of persona of visitor and new employees. Further the key task of main
function of robot that is take me somewhere and finding flight information was discussed. In the
end the cultural difference was analysed on the installation of the system of robots in India.
