WHO AM I?
As I am a fun loving person and always enjoyed to work with utmost commitment and perform to my fullest
the well spoken way of mine also assist me to maintain strong relations with others. I originally wanted to be
a pilot and later on my interest also shifted out and my interest is developed to become HR manager as it is
the most sensitive position of any of organisation and the hard work keen to always face challenge and get
over with simplicity
TRAIT
The Great Man Theory: It is a theory that is used to make internal basis with this both personal and
professional development is deprived on continuous mode. It is also being used to identify and measured
different aspects such as of different way of development and it is in form of successful career discussion. In
this I have assist myself as in way of determining strength and weakness under this effectual interpretation
and involvement is induced that collectively assist to achieve long term success and in progress in future
period of instance. The role leadership brings suitable enhancement as leadership is defined as a capability to
advance the better range of working within this working attribute, behaviour, value, belief and concern of
others and they also get influence and work in better and clear manner. In relation to power adjusted decisions
are taken that is in favoured of growth and development of others through which definite alteration is induced
within personal and professional life. In addition, the culture is an aspect that affects both positively and
negatively within working conditions as per concern of positive basis management assure to take decision as
by taking collaborative decisions. In terms of negative impact the decisions are taken in welfare of employee
that is perceived in prospect of longer term. It might get dislike by the organisation but always be helpful for
organisation so as to advance the working possibilities. It is also be innate with the traits and skills that makes
a man great and that is only be processed as by inducing continuous learning and development.

SWOT analysis: The personal development used to make effectual contribution that used to strengthen the skills so that capability and confidence both get deprived in
clear manner. It defines certain abilities and qualities with this certain growth are nurture as it also used to maximise and improvise working potential. It assists me to
create a strategic and tactical planning in this both personal and professional growth is achieved in collective manner. For this I have make adequate traits and qualities in
this education and training both get developed in valuable way as it also get facilitate long term growth and development.
Strength: It comprises of those aspects that are strength of mine and I am perpetually good in this thus it makes my overall personality even more evident. In this
communication is a basis that is a major strength of mine with this possibility to make sustained interrelation with others is developed. In this I am also be able to make
generative relations through which ability to mine to understand other aspect and to make effectual representation is deprived in clear basis. In addition interpersonal skills
of mine are also be my strength and with this I am able to make clear connections with other mates so that probability to make adjusted range of benefit is processed in
successful manner.
Weakness: It is an aspect that derives the weaken point of mine and it is required that I have started working over it. In this I have worked even more so that these set of
skills of mine get advanced in balanced manner which is more often advance personal values and attribute of mine. The organised skills of mine are quite less and with
this it is quite difficult for me to make possible changes within completion of certain task and activities. In support of it I have take more time as per required to
accomplish suitable task with this proficiency of mine get affected. In addition, problem solving capability of mine is also be quite confusing and with this it is quite hard
for me to generate adequate range of benefits with this working credibility and its efficiency both get affected on clear basis.
Opportunities: It includes those set of skills of mine with this I am able to make easier interpretation of skills that helped me to gain higher competitive advancement in
beneficial manner. These set of skills are act as extra ordinate skills through which I am able to make modernised change in working procedure and within professionalism
as well. For this self confidence is a skills that build effectual opportunity for me to make adjusted outcome in timely constrained as it is also be used to build and
strengthen working possibility in collective manner. It also be act as brainstorming in this I am able to generate valuable solutions through which ability to get over from
tougher situation is completed with timely manner. Moreover, adaptability skills of mine also are act as opportunity as with this I am able to accept all the possible
advancement that is required to be within personal and professional development.

Threat: It comprises of certain skills set that required an immediate change with as it act as major threat that drives to induce negative impact over professional
development and employability generation. The work ethic is quite lesser in me as I didn’t have any professional background and also never work before as in any
organisation. Thus doesn’t have any kind of knowledge about the working culture and prospect that is required to be followed within an organisation. For this it is required
that I have start working over my personal grooming with this ability to make adaptive change in personality is increases. Furthermore, leadership is a quality that is
resulted by birth and gets developed more as per time passes. Thus, I am also being lacking within this for this I have worked more to make myself more enthusiastic and
focused about my working so that I am able to get specialisation in certain field with this I am able to make my personality even more attractive.
I do have improvise the personal and professional development of mine that induced positive impact over attainment of employability as with this I have achieved suitable
job position with appropriate salary. It is collectively used as to develop adequate pathway that is resultant of long term success and growth so that probability of
management to make advanced learning from the newer talent as it also used to make improvised outcome in this I have worked to make better advancement in some of
my working attribute and that is as explained below as
Overcome from fears: The fears always pull back and prevent to measure adequate growth and progress. As in am afraid of taking problem solving as I have never
worked simultaneously with this I have become an introvert kind of personality. Thus to make accepted changes I have start taking guidance of my ordinates so that
effectual decision making is developed which has direct impact over confidence building so that I am capable of taking decision as with comfort. For this I am able to
represent confidently in front of management along with this it also induces positive impact over analytical thinking.
Learning something new: It is a major aspect that is dependent over continuous learning and for that I have always assure to make assure that I could have learn from not
my failure but while seeing others downturns as well. It make positive impact over software development, team management, problem solving as new and innovative
ideas are developed with concern of perpetual improvisation. The learning is an endless process with this probability of mine to make adjusted solutions as by keeping
informed about new and emerging trends is processed with perfection.
