Firms becomes better to understand that what they want it as well as how engaged
stakeholders and how the firm’s plans as well as actions will impacts the goals of the
firm. Present report focuses on the Tesco firm as it is known as a British general
merchandise as well as groceries multinational firm. As its headquarter is in Welwyn
garden city, England, United Kingdom. It is known as the third large company all over
the world. It is known as ninth largest all over the world through revenues. Purpose of
the Tesco is to invest the money as well as sales the quality products to the consumers.
INTRODUCTION

Stakeholders are consider as groups of people and individuals that are
connected to an entity. They impact through policies ,activities carried as well
as procedures by the entity. Two major groups of stakeholder are known as
external as well as internal stakeholder as mention below.
Internal stakeholder are consider as those people who are actively included
within activities of a business or shares within the entity. Such as staff
members, investors, owners of the firm.
External stakeholder are known as the parties who are from outside that are
connected to an entity because they have shared interest to an entity. Such as
consumers, competitors, suppliers, government and many more.
