Human resource management is defined as a
functional set of workforce which are
responsible to manage people in an
organisation. This is known as strategic
approach in which business organisation is
being managed in order to hone employee
performance and making path for attaining
overall objectives (Creelman, D., 2016)

Conclusion
 From the above PPT this can be concluded that in a business function of HR are
highly required and necessary by which whole the working of an organisation takes
place. HR manager is responsible to hear and solve grievances of their employees
so that effective results can be drawn out of them. On the other hand there are
various internal activities within an organisation which are managed by HR
department so that overall efficacy can be attained.
