 Leadership is the strategic process of guiding, influencing,
inspiring and directing the operational behaviours of the
employees of a business organisation towards achieving set
goals and objectives.
 This presentation evaluates the leadership style and
leadership skills possessed by Mr. Jeff Bezos, the founder,
president and CEO of Amazon Inc., one of the four biggest
technological business organisations in the whole world.

 The massively successful operations of Amazon
Inc. in the past decade can be directly attributed to
its competent and effective leadership through Mr.
Jeff Bezos.
 Through the effective leadership of Mr. Jeff Bezos,
Amazon has grown on to become the one of the
most profitable and successful business
organisation in the entire world, with Amazon
achieving the milestone of reaching 1$ trillion
Dollars market cap, as a direct result of its
competent leadership.

 The leadership style possessed by Mr. Jeff Bezos combines many features from
various traditional leadership approaches and is uniquely personalised to his
operations.
 Mr. Jeff Bezos’s personalised leadership styles comprises of features from
Autocratic Leadership approach, allowing him to monitor the various operations
of Amazon on his own.
 It also includes features from Strategic Leadership, allowing for him to develop
unique business strategies which have contributed immensely towards increasing
the productivity and profitability of Amazon.
