 For the current presentation, CareUK a
healthcare organisation of UK is taken into
consideration.
 It provides services to the elder people and
learning disability individuals.

Case Summary

healthcare company is specialised for working with
patients with the specific needs.
 For the new hiring staff members, head of team
recruiter wants to conduct induction program.
 This program needs to have all information about the

 It is concluded from the above study that, care needs of
patients differ with their disease, age and gender.
 CareUK is providing effective and quality services to the
elder people for their proper treatment and care.
 These services include wheelchair, shower chair, Braille
watch, hearing aids, etc.
 Along with this, the system of healthcare organisation
follows policies and procedures, tools and techniques,
effective strategies, etc for providing healthy environment
to the senior citizens.
