abilities.

the understanding about how individuals
contribute towards the organisational goals.

competencies and improve employee

 On the other hand, reward management is concerned with
formulation and execution of strategies and policies that
aim towards to reward people fairly, equitably and
consistently.

and meetings.

the needs of improvements.

have financial stability in the organization.
