developed in 1994 and founder of this organisation is Jeff Bezos. This company
is consider as one of the largest organisation in online market place as well as

American company and its headquarter is located in Seattle, US.

Leadership style of Jeff Bezos
Jeff Bezos is an American internet entrepreneur, media proprietor, investor as
well as industrialist. He is well known as the founder, CEO and president of
multi-national company Amazon. In addition to this, Jeff Bezos was born on 2nd
January, 1964. He is using transformational leadership style in Amazon for
motivating employees to do their work in more effective manner and
