has various principles which support project manager in ensuring effectively or timely
completion of project
Present study is based on construction project Skytower residential building.
Current study will describe the project with rationale of selecting particular proposal. It
will explain components of project specification.

Construction based project with rationale
Skytower residential building construction project is selected for the project. One of the
major issue with this building is related with environment.
Use of materials has increased pollution, noise and dust in the near locations.
Sustainability is the biggest problem in such kind of construction projects. It is essential
for the construction manager that to ensure sustainability.
But still it is realised that many constructions related issues are in this building projects.
One of the major issue is mobility, in such type of problem if hoist cable fails to work
then nobody can stop such elevators
