This report will cover the study of Green restaurant which is small business in the UK
who sell the green ad healthy food to their customers. The location of the business in t the centre
of the London and they are having around 25 employees currently working for them. The
company is looking for the new Job role of Sheaf whop can cook varieties of the healthy food
with unique test.
MAIN BODY
Company structure
A matrix structure defined as the dual or multiple managerial responsibilities and
accountabilities. Green restaurant is also using the Matrix structure to increases the flow of the
communication and this structure have the two chin of commands, one along with the function
line and other with the client line.
