Team Management and Presentation_1

REFLECTIONWe are four members in a group to make a presentation on marketing principles andcommunication in digital world. It involves several tasks including collecting appropriate data,analysing the gathered information, select key points and make an effective presentation to thepresent the same in proper manner. My group is required to present a seminar discussion amongboard of director. So, for that we have take different tasks responsibility in terms of completingthe same in correct manner with mutual understanding. In context of making presentation, wehave distributed tasks between us so that every individual can put their efforts towards their workand try to make it perfect through gathering correct information to influence board of directorsby the discussion. We have analysed about role of accurate marketing principles andcommunication to improve proficiency & ability of an organisation to increase more profit sharerespectively. I have task a task to manage overall work and other three members have role togathering information, implement innovation and prepare effective presentation. They applyappropriate innovative approach to make presentation more influencing but there is a lack of dataabout few relevant aspects. We have done our respective tasks with proper responsibility and try to maintain mutualunderstanding but sometimes few conflicts occurred which generated problems while preparingan appropriate presentation. The best thing in our group is that each member take responsibilityof their own tasks and complete the same in desired way which facilitate to reduce risk ofproblems in whole work. In addition to this, effective communication provide support tomaintain proper co-operation as well as coordination so that we complete the presentationthrough collecting desired facts or information. I have analysed that the tasks should be allocatedas per field of expertise as it is beneficial for team member as well as facilitate to gain maximumoutcomes perfectly. However, if problems take place then they can easily sort out them on theirlevels due to having clear concepts or proper knowledge. Moreover, I have role to manageoverall activities and work along with ensuring perfection in prepared presentation and initiatethe same among board of directors to influence them effectively. At the other hand, gatheringinformation about the topic and evaluating its benefits facilitate to gain our own knowledge levelwhich may supports in future to conduct relevant aspects. There is a lack of confidence in teammembers while participating in the discussion which impacts on effectiveness of presentationamong board of directors.
