Introduction Individualreflectiondemonstratestothepersonalreflectionwhichexplainsabout individual’s skills, qualifications, strengths, shortcomings, capabilities and many more. In context of reflection, there are several models and frameworks which can be considered. Rolfe reflection model is an important tool which provides an individual reflection through 3 stages such as what, so what and now what (Turner, 2018). The main aim of this presentation is to make a detailed reflection on my by considering my future, CV, linked profile, SWOT analysis and SMART goal of me.
TASK 1: FUTURE ME I have good education; have great working experience as well as effective skills and abilities which assist me in my future career and development of it. As per, the above defined graph, I can viewed that the percentile of my career is 100% from 120% which demonstrate that my career is very high due to having good education and experience (Carr, 2019). Also, the other scores like my experience have 93% from 120%, my development options have 60% from 120% as well as I have a strong network which can be analysed form my linked profile and in this area I have 80% from 120%. All these make an effective contribution in making future great.

Future Me: Networking 80% Recommendations and endorsements: I term of developing the score of my network I must work on profile to make it more visible and attractive so that I can have a great connection (Flores, 2019). Future Actions: My future actions will be in context of self description and accomplishment.
TASK 4: SWOT AND SMART GOALS Strengths Assessment: According to my strength section, I determined that I am able to manage my time and complete or finish my work and in personal life (Kayasheva, and Pozina, 2019). Also, I utilised to work and I am still working in a team. Goals To make develop in my communication skills within 4 months. To develop Technical skill within 6 months To improve finance skill within 4 months
