PERSONAL REFLECTION Description I was asked to take part in the Berlin test to test the variety of different sort of characteristics and skills which are possessed by me. This event has helped me in understanding the current position of mine in term of the skills or characteristic possess by me in current scenario. Not only that I have also taken part in the Honey and Mumford learning style to understand the learning style which is generally endured by me in long run. Looking at the role which was played by me in the event was to provide the clear and correct answer to variety of different question which was asked me and on the basis of the same result of the same was derived, I was tested upon 9 different team roles in Berlin team role, at the same time I was tested for four different type of leadership style in the Honey and Mumford learningstylemodel(Liandet.al.,2020).Outcomeofconductingthiseventwasto understanding the internal strength and weakness of mine and on the basis of the same planning variety of different activity in a way that it used to help me in overcoming my weakness. Event has gone as expected, and I was able to found out the correct and clear outcome to build on different activity on the basis of the same as well. There were many types of feeling which was possessed by me throughout the process of conducting the event. As it was understood by me that I was very nervous in the starting stage to providetheclearimageofmineinwritten,reasonbehindthesamemightbepoor communication skill of mine which was also identified with the help of the test. After some time I started feeling comfortable in carrying out different activity very easily in the event. Reason which was understood by me for the same was that I have understand the different sort of the action in the better way (Sekarwinahyu and et.al.,2018). This was also certified by the test that I was very high on different action oriented roles in general. Not only that test has also certified that I was very good at adopting the thing, Hence after adopting the different course of activity in event I started feeling more comfortable as compare to initial stage. At the time of finishing the event it was understood by me that I started panicking on some or the other point in the event, this has eventually resulted in building a situation where I was finding it too difficult to manage different activity on time and complete the same as well. Reason behind the same might be lack of time management skill and low on complete finisher
trait of mine. As test conducted by me also used to provide the same course of line outcome for me. Evaluation Evaluating the outcome of the event it was identified that there were variety of different traits on which I have to focus the most and try to improve the same. At the same time there were many skills on which I was very high on number. Looking at the positive element, it was identified by the test that I am very good at carrying out different action oriented role in team work which means that I generally find it easy to involve my self more in practical role as compare to the theoretical one. From the same outcome it was interpreted by me that I was having very good Interpersonal and problem solving skill. As being action oriented always demands or ask the individual to have better understanding of individual you are interacting with and also has better knowledge about different task which is carried out by the individual me (Markkanen and et.al., 2020). Reason behind highlighting the same is that it demands you to have good problem solving skill. Hence, on the basis of the same it was understood that I was having good problem solving, Team working and Interpersonal skills. Looking at the negative element of the test it was understood that I was very low in traits like Monitor Evaluator, Specialist and complete finisher. This ultimately provides evidence to above provided analysis that I was not that good at carrying out theoretical roles, hence in depth understanding the same has provided me the knowledge that I am not having that good Numeracy, information and communication and time management skill in general. Hence, some sort of the action has to be derived toward the same to improve the same. Analysis As per the Gibbs reflective model, I have analysed that the Belbin test has helped me effectively evaluate that while working in the team that, I am not considered to be as a good evaluator. I need to work upon the development of the key communication skills both written and verbal. I have key problem in monitoring and also evaluating the work of the people within the team. The most significant skill within me is that I am highly action oriented (Tawanwongsri and Phenwan, 2019). This is done by me because I have better team working and interpersonal skills. During the Belbin test, it has been examined that, I am not a good completer or finisher. I

I believe to have high degree of action oriented roles to improve my learning styles. It has been summarized that, there is a need for me to develop an effective written communication skills. This helps in the better interaction with all the team members while effectively carrying out the study (Potter, 2015). I also need to focus on developing the key significant set of skills associated with the numeracy. I believe that, development of the numeracy skills will be useful for me to investigate on the statistical set of data. I am very good at carrying out different action oriented role in team work. I started feeling comfortable in carrying out different activity very easily in the event. I have also found difficulty in effectively managing the varied set of activity which helps in the completion of task in a significant manner. As being action oriented always, I have better understanding of theindividual person. I have key problem in monitoring and also evaluating the work of the people within the team. Action plan As per the Gibbs reflective model, I have to develop both written as well as the verbal set of communication skills which is highly significant in improving the health outcomes and conditions. This can be done by giving presentation, interacting with the team members and helps in building a social group. I will also indulge in reading as it will help in choosing of the right set of vocabulary and also fluently communicating with the team members. This way it will be useful for me to improve the communication skills and results in better attainment of the goals in both academic and business context. I need to be an effective implementer which helps in systematically developing the discipline and also act highly conservative which helps in meeting the key relevant deadlines. This way it helps in pushing the team to complete the task on a timely
manner. I will develop a complete Gantt chart and timeline to allot the task in accordance with the deadline. This way it helps in improving the key relevant results and outcomes. I pay high degree of attention to the omission and error (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). I have developed effective numeracy skills and focuses on encouraging the team members to resolve the problems and motivating the other team members to significantly carry out the specific task. I will focus on effectively developing reading, writing, auditory, visual and Kinaesthetic skills which helps me in improving the varied set of skills and seeking greater degree of opportunities. I will focus on improving my skills by complying and working on improving the interpersonal skills. This way it helps in the better attainment of the key results and solving the problems and resolving disputes while working in a team. I will focus on effectively identifying the key suitable activities and completing project on a reliable and timely manner.
