INTRODUCTION
Internet booking system is software which permit the potential customers to books and
pay online for services or activity which they used (Dave and et.al., 2016). The present report is
based on Aussie Vacancies company and their new implementation of internet booking system
that provide many benefits to them. It explains the various phases of project life cycle,
information about business case and elements of stakeholder register. SWOT analysis of
organization, project charter and also justifies project network diagram.
MAIN BODY
Different phases of project life cycle
Project life cycle is sequence of phases that the project goes through from their initiation
to its closure. It is divided into six phases which help to implement new project and manage
effectively. Analysis, testing and development, design, implementation, evaluation and
documentation are the stages of project life cycle.
In order to run business effectively Aussie Vacancies decided to develop internet service
system to the consultancy organization. Prince 2 is one of the best model for implementation of
internet system and project management. It is the procedure associated of tasks structure to attain
specific goals in order to deliver quality services successfully. There are the different stages of
implementation of project which is beneficial for business growth and success in marketplace:
Starting up project- Prince2 conceptual model that include the series of phases or step
used in project implementation and management (PRINCE2: An Introduction to the Project
Management, 2018). It help to provide guidance for project life cycle and development of
internet application or system. Start up system is the first phase of this procedure which is
essential before taking any action for betterment. In order to implement system, company must
conduct analysis of requirements which help to gather information based on needs. In this phase
management must confirmed requirement of internet booking system within organizational
structure. Due to lack of IT department skills, company cannot be able to design e commerce
applications and provide good services to their customers, it make negative effect on its business
and financial performances. In order to improve internet service, they begin implementation
system that help to solve issues and increase profit margin. Requirement statement- Aussie
Vacanies wants to have new system of internet because of public demand for booking online.

Initiate project- In this phase, organization must addressed several questions during
implementation of internet system in which they should considered significant of work, reasons
for implementing internet system including benefits and associated risks. This stage define
detailed information about requirement of implication of new internet service. Thus, the main
reason for implement the new internet based booking system is that Aussie Vacancies wants to
satisfy their customers and retain with them for longer time period (Kramers and et.al., 2014).
Management need to considered risks and create plans to solve it for further business growth.
With the help of analysing requirement through self evaluation they can be able to consider risks
and create plans for reducing potential risks.
Directing project- Direction, design, implementation and development of internet
system should be considered by project management as they are accountable for evaluation
system through decision making. After planning, analyse requirement of new system or gather
detailed about new work, project management team direct the whole work which is essential for
implementing new internet system within company successfully. According to this stage, project
management team decide to develop or design new internet system and provide direction to
workers how to design it including screen layouts. Once the above two stages have been
developed, authority of company is require for project manager to focus on each and every stage
of implementation.
Controlling stages- this phase describes activities of project manager related to
implementing new internet system in Aussie vacancies. They need to assigns tasks in context of
new internet program to talented people, monitor their work and performances, able to deals with
whatever problems arise on their progress or success of implementation of new internet system.

is specialized in rental of high quality self catering accommodation. They provide large selection
of holiday cottages, chalets and apartments in different ski resorts. People demand to book
holidays packages via internet because it is less time consuming activity. With the help of
internet booking customer can be able to gather all the information in context of accommodation
services. But company do not have the websites, but it is just their current brochure in electronic
format and it do not have connected to up to date availability facilities or data for consumer to
make secure booking online. In order to provide the best online book services, organization take
decision for implementing the new internet based booking system which make people able to
book accommodation facilities and placed their requirement easily (Weiß and et.al., 2016). The
new internet booking program is linked to their existing computerised booking system which
include information and appropriate data on availability of assets. Aussie Vacancies wants to
enhanced their management information system which make them capable to trawl its databased
and send information to target customers based on available properties. With the help of survey,
company analyse the needs of implementing new internet booking system. They want to gain
trust and build good relationship with its customers but due to do not have the internet booking
website they cannot satisfy people. It directly effect on its business success and growth and may
be decrease their profit margin which is not appropriate for market reputation and position.
SWOT analysis
SWOT analysis is strategic framework or tool, it stands for strength, opportunities,
weakness and threats. It is one of the beneficial and useful framework which help to analyse
companies weaknesses and strengths and threats and opportunities that they face. It helps
business focus on its strength, take greatest possible benefits of opportunities available within
market and minimize threats. SEOT analysis provide many benefits to organization as they

support to understand and identify key issue that might be affecting business and decrease
performances, but this tool do not offer necessary solutions.

Stakeholder Register is the project management papers or document which contains data
about projects stakeholders (McEvoy, Dean Thomas McEvoy, 2016). It determines group,
people and companies that have involvement or interest in new project or specific task.

Stakeholders register ideally accomplish early in task to assure appropriate engagement of
stakeholders. Stakeholder might be workers, project manager and other person who is included
in implementation of new project and influence success of work in positive or negative manner.

Project charter
Project charter is the formal, typically short description document that describe project in
its wholly including elements. It provides high stage description of business needs and essential
or useful information to get project approved. There are the elements of project charter:

increase customers base and engage people with the for long term period.

and finally directors is considered as company stakeholders.
Roles and accountabilities-
Stakeholder responsibility is to operate each and every activity relate to implementation
of new system and their role is to provide creative ideas.
Milestones-
This stage describe overview of new project schedule, significant aspects within work
such as stages, phases and decision making procedure of higher authority in context of
implementing new internet booking websites or systems.
Budget-
This level define how much is going to invest in project or how much project going to
cost in terms of finance, material and human resource. Company decide $354,000 cost for
internet development system.
Project vision-
The vision of project is to enhance services and performance of business.

After passing all the stages, management get approval for implementing new internet

Project network diagram is the graphical representation of all tasks accountabilities and
work flow for project (Jiao and Xu, 2014). It is used to map out work sequence and schedule for
new project as well as to track their growth through each stage, completion and including up to.

CONCLUSION
From above, it has been concluded that Aussie Vacancies company is facing issues, as
they does not have online booking website which effect on their business and financial budgets.
With the help of Prince2 model company can be able to accomplish task and successfully
implement new internet based booking system. Stakeholder register define roles and
responsibilities of different stakeholder associated within project implementation. With the help
of creating project charter management define the significant stages included in system
implementation. Furthermore, project network diagram shows task, accountabilities of manager
and other workers and describe layout of working schedule.
