considered as essential for firm to achieve
desired results. This helps in enhancement
of knowledge and skills of people to gain
effective outcomes. The assignment is based
on Go Travel situated at London, United
Kingdom. The aim of report is to highlight
about challenges, barriers to communication
and development of strategies to overcome
such barriers. It also covers culture
influence on both negotiation as well as
communication.
Different cultural practices- The
different places have various practices of
culture, ethics, values which leads to rise in
barriers of effective communication. In
context of Go Travel, employees have faced
problems with cultural as well as language
barriers which impact business.
Language used- Every and every place
has their own language to speak. In context of
Go travel, they have faced issue with
language used by them. Employees did not
interact with offices staff as they feel insecure
about language spoken by them.

INTRODUCTION Common challenges to effective
communication
Common Contact timing- Business that
operate at overseas countries has to perform
work as per time zone followed in that place. In
order to coordinate among offices, they need to
set common element to remove barriers. In case
of Go travel they face issue to communicate
with each other due to difference of time zone.
This can be improving by setting common time
for both offices.
