ABSTRACT
The term organisation communication refers to the process through which ideas, opinions
flows in between individuals or group working in or outside the company. The Report is based
on Mr fishy which is an fish and chip restaurant. The Report has described the literature review
and discussion on the reasons behind various forms of organisation communication, various
communication practices, principles that helps to improve communication practices etc. The
findings of the study is that organisation should adopt various strategies to remove
communication barriers that will help to improve effectiveness of organisation communication.
