training and conferencing via the internet particularly on the IP/TCP connections. It can connect
the conference either with the telephones or also using the speaker's of the computer,
microphones through the VOIP connections. This report will study the different web
conferencing providers for comparing that is suitable for the business and also the the challenges
has been faced by the online research(Deluca and et.al., 2019).

based research and purpose for providing the relevant informations on the research which has
been generating the interest next is study design which have the sequential mixed methods for
designings which has been adopted by the researcher, there are so many security issues where the
data has been liked and viral, so many issues of sampling where the individual online access has
limited generalisation and bias the samples. Another challenge is credibility issues and problems
which has been faced at the time of conducting the online research where the participants has
been load the demographic informations incorrectly and also update the informations on the
regular basis which should skew the results of the credibility(Leu and et.al., 2015).

There are some technological problems and challenges faced in the online research where
the poor response rates the internet mediates of the research which could be the results of the
websites presentations and the issues of the technical is the speed of the internet and so much
fear of viruses. Whereas the another challenge is informed of the consent which obtain the
internet-mediate research which is more complex and it is an alternative approach which
includes the collective data through social media platforms, forums of leaves and message boards
etc. next challenge is rising the non-response rates like contact delivery modes, sampling
methods, invitation of the strategies and incentives etc. whereas the strategies used for improving
the response rates and another one is research methodology where the study is based on the
internal and secondary analysis of the research where all the information and reanalysis are
already available(Lowry and et.al.,2016).
