INTRODUCTION
Web conferencing is one of the online service which can hold the live meeting , presentations,
training and conferencing via the internet particularly on the IP/TCP connections. It can connect
the conference either with the telephones or also using the speaker's of the computer,
microphones through the VOIP connections. This report will study the different web
conferencing providers for comparing that is suitable for the business and also the the challenges
has been faced by the online research(Deluca and et.al., 2019).
MAIN BODY
Web conferencing has been used as the umbrella term which has various types of the
online collaborative services that involves the webcast, peer level of the web meetings and web
seminars. It has been used in the sense of narrow which refer only to the peer-level of the web
meeting context, in the attempt to the disambiguate from other level and types of the
collaborations. Other technologies of the web conferencing has been require so many downloads
and installations of the software.
In basic knowledge it made an possible internet technologies like on TCP/IP
connections. This service has been allowed the point to point and real time communications as
well as the multicast communications from one sender to another receivers. It also offers the data
stream for the text based messages., video chats and voice messages which has been shared
simultaneously, which cross the geographically dispersed locations. The applications which has
been used for the web conferencing is training events, lectures, presentations, web-connected
computers to another web-connected computers(O'sullivan and et.al., 2017).
There are some basic web conferencing features which has been used because it day by
day increasing popular technology among so many companies because it makes so many online
meetings of the business across the distance very simply. From implementing basic features if
the web conferencing is a solution for the networks of the offices.
There are some features of the basic web conferencing such as it shared the presentation
to the roomful of the peoples and launch the presentation fro run the screens of the computers
simultaneously, whiteboard it is a very much useful function of the virtual online meetings
which is interactive for the white broad meeting and it also take everyone for turn to getting
active permissions for marking the whiteboard and other features are co-browsing, instant
