INTRODUCTION
VARK refer to the learning style method model which is formed by Neil in 1987. It provide the
information related to the process where they explain the importance of learning and also
develop a process in understanding the learning style. Visual, aural, trading, and Kinesthetic
learning styles. The report will explain the information about the VARK and the
recommendation to the teacher in the report.
MAIN BODY
What is VARK? Discuss the learning styles associated with VARK.
VARK : - VARK learning style is used to describe learning of the student which include there
strength in learning ability to develop knowledge regarding there skills and preferences. VARK
refer to Visual, aural, reading/writing, kinesthetic (Husmann and O'Loughlin, 2019). VARK is
one of the learning styler which are used by the teacher to their student in making them learn
about there skills and get the desire knowledge they re capable of in process of learning. There
are different type of learning style in the categorized but Neil Fleming's VARK is one of the
most used and popular model of learning style. It was founded in 1987 to help the student in
learning and developed working in creation of learning preferences. The learning style of VARK
are as follows : -
Visual learning : - Visual learner refer to the learner who take the learning from visuals and get
the perception of learning about the particular things and object. It includes the diagram or the
graphical presentation on the charts in the university from which the student need to learn.
There are illustrations, videos and the hangouts which are the learning tools for the learner of
visual learning style (Sintia, Rusnayati and Samsudin, 2019). Visual learning are for the people
who are more interested in the arts and who are more into the visual perception for the things and
object. It helps them in getting a better perception and thinking to get a better idea about the
issues or learning they can achieve from. When the people look to the presentation on the laptop
and get better practical learning they are the people who are more into the learning style of visual
learning programme.
Aural learning :- Aural learner are those who get a better understanding and learn more through
the listening process in the leaning style. The information through the hearing are the best for the
aural learner, and they are so quick that they made quick understanding for the people who are

more into the aural learning style. They are more families to this style an increase the learning
programme. Aural learner example are the people who get learning from the seminars and the
lectures where they hear about the situation and skills which they acquire fast and get the
knowledge about the same. They like to talk a lot, and they enjoy the dialogues and the drama as
they get more indulge in talking and communication. They enjoy a lot of music and can also
learn from the listening to tapes (Espinoza-Poves, Miranda-Vílchez. and Chafloque-Céspedes,
2019).
Reading and writing :- Reading and writing style of learning to refer to the style which are used
by those of the student and people who are more interested in the reading and the writing of the
skills and knowledge they want to acquire. These are the best knowledge gathering for those who
are more into the process of developed reading and writing skills process. They are the ones who
used t take a lot of notes in the lecture and make the habit of writing everything as they think that
they will understand more by the process of writing and reading the skills and knowledge
information. They are always busy in reading the handouts and learning of data which can also
help them in development of knowledge as they always kept themselves busy for reading the
websites etc. They read and writing, and they can also learn from the reading of the object from
print or non print data.
Kinesthetic learning : - These are the learning style which include the practical learning and
also refer to those learning in which the learner has the hands on the learning. It is something
which a person get to understand by the process of doing that thing by the practical methods. It is
crucial for the Kinesthetic learner to develop process where they touch and understand the
situation and learn the skills and knowledge for same.
These are the four steps and learning style of the VARK methods which the teachers can utilize
in the process of learning for there student and make them understand about the situations and
development of workplace (Dutsinma and Temdee, 2020).

It is crucial for the student and for the teacher as well that they need to develop a process
where the are developing strategies to ensure that student get a better understanding and learning
in their programme. There are different people and student and the teacher need to learn the
process that ever person have a different way of developing they understanding and learning. It is

crucial for the teacher to make sure they are creating the strategies in development of the
working in the business and make sure the students are learning the skills and knowledge about
the same. There need to be developed process where the student are agreed to make a strategy
where they are developing the fundamental strategy o making the use of VARK model in
creating a better strategy to make them learn.
To recommend it is crucial for the teacher to make sure that they are developing the
strategy in which they are making sure that the learners are the people who get the information
about the student as the student is what type of learner. It is crucial for the teacher to make sure
that they are having an understanding of the student learning ways and make strategy
accordingly (Khongpit, Sintanakul and Nomphonkrang, 2018). If the learner is more into the
visual learning style than it is crucial for the teacher to arrange the process in which they can get
the learning through the visual ways and also provide them the strategy to understand better in
there learning through presentation and lecture or video. The teacher can use the illustrations and
the charts to explain the process of information to the student who are more into the visual
learning will get a better understanding of the process.
To recommend when the student are more into the reading and writing it is essential for
the teacher to make sure they utilize the learning style of the VARK model so that they will get a
better understanding of the student ability to develop process of learning for them. It is crucial
for them to make sure that they are developing a process where they are increasing the skills and
ability to educate the student through the reading and writing programme of the model while
teaching them. They need to provide them printouts and the process with the reading item so
that they can learn more about there skills and learning. It is also important to provide them the
learning stuff so that they can develop a better learning process through the reading online and
practical.
To recommend the strategy to the teacher for the learning of students interest and
preferences need to be developed through different process where they are developing the
strategies in increased performance and developed process of learning in business. They need to
develop strategy to increase the process of learning in the student who are preferable for the aural
learning. There are strategies which they can make for the student who are more into the aural
learning programme and it is crucial for them to develop a process where they make strategy to
increase the working in listening process. They need to make seminars and the lectures to be

provided to them so that they can develop a better understanding and learning process in the
workplace. It is important for them to develop a structure where they are developing the sincerity
towards the learning process of aural. Aural students are very quick to perceive, and they also
listen to music a lot. They are the ones who are always ready to listen and more about the
learning objective. They are focused to what they listen and can help the teacher in making the
process of kerning faster.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are different style of process
learning which the student can utilize and the teacher can used to train and learn to educate
student. It is important for both of them to have a good understanding about the VARK. VARK
helps both in understanding the ways in which they can develop a strategy to provide the
information and get the learning out of it. It is important for the teacher to understand what
student are supposed to be treated like. It will help them in developing a better process where
they can develop a better learning for them.
