INTRODUCTION
A business strategy defined as an combination of all the decisions taken by an

roadmap to attain desired level of performance and goals. This report is based on the Leon's
Restaurant which is the fast food restaurant chain based on the UK and established in the year
2004. this report is based on the critical evaluation of the business environment of the potential
industry in context of Leon and mega trends which directly affect on their business activities.
Further it includes the critical evaluation of strategies of respective restaurant by gathering
information about resources, capabilities by comparing industry success factors. In respective
assessment the factors which contributed to gaining competitive advantages in Leon's restaurant
