INTRODUCTION
Strategic change is applying by organisations for changes essential characteristics of an
organisation. The upper administration and the chief executive officer in reference to bear
responsibility for strategic change. The planning and implementation of strategic change is
essential activities that having a particular strategy and apply the changes according to it. It
allows organisations to carefully and effectively apply the changes (Almeida and Simões, 2018).
This report based on the SimVenture game in which create a company that sale out quality bikes
known as Brightsol. For the game simulated for 12 quarters (3 years of 4 quarters) after the
alteration in company and their technology. In this report consist of determination of relevant
strategic decision at the time of playing game. Along with apply related strategy models like
VRIN, Ansoff matrix and many others. Moreover reflect on the experience of formative
simulation activity for the literature on strategy. At the end present all the findings and consist of
reflective account of learning from the class strategy in broad manner.

Strategic decision taken
Strategic decision are those decision that impact on the entities in following years,
decades and even beyond the lifetime of the project. When company take strategic decision so it
is unlikely to be modified in shorter period of time. There are presenting different changes that
apply by the Brightsol company in 12 quarters and present the position of company.
Quarter 1: In the first quarter company take decision for new overdraft arranged for
£43000, carry out new outlets of small retail sales channel and web retail sales channel for stock
the items because of sales visits. There are applying the changes in operations from 0% to 1%
and production product units set per quarter modified from 500 to 580. After the all changes
analysis that orders count was 630 and sales count was 580. Due to enhance efficiency impact on
the progress and reached on 92%. Moreover after the application of product technology for new
progress reach on 82% that provide effective production was 136 (Doukianou, 2017).
Quarter 2: In the second quarter one new equipment is acquired by the operations which
impacted the stock as it increases from 5648 to 9441 as compared to previous quarter. Overtime
is changed for the operations from 1% to 0% which leads to no change in the efficiency of the
company as it remains same i.e., 92%. In production product 1 units per quarter changed from
