INTRODUCTION
A company is a legal entity which accomplish group of person working in a team to
accomplish the task or particular goal in the future. There are different types of companies are
present which have their own policies and procedure(Arkhipova and Gurieva, 2018).It also
available in many forms. This report is based on Vodafone Group plc. It is a multinational
British company. It is registered in Newbury, Berkshir, England and its global headquarter is
based in London, England. Its operated network in 24 countries and partner networks in 41
further countries. In this main focus is made on differentiation of different business and their
legal entity. Apart from this there are different internal and external factor which impact on
businesses.

There are different types of business are follow-
Sole trader business-
In this business, only one single person is the owner of the entity. Their aim is to provide
all effective products(Hollen, 2018) and services to the customer in a highly productive way. In
this single person is taken the decision alone regarding any issue arise. There is no profit sharing
is involve in this. All the profit goes in the hand of owner. And the boss is bearing all risk.
Characteristics in sole trader business
Profit sharing- In this business they are not sharing the profit because there is a single
owner is responsible for all the profit.
Decision making- In this business individual take the whole decision regarding any issue
or any activity take place in business, they are not consulting to anyone regarding any
step they take.
Example- An example of sole trader business is the small grocery store which is run by
an individual.
Partnership-
In this business, it is run by two individual in a partnership. They are sharing the profits
in a equal ratio or a particular ratio according to their capital contribution. In context to decision
both are first discuss the views regards to any task then after they take important
decisions(Hunsberger, 2017).
Characteristic of Partnership-
Profit sharing ratio - In the partnership, every partner is share the profit according to
their profit sharing ratio.
Decision making- In the partnership, both partner is discuss the decisions and then take

Voluntary entity- it is voluntary entity in which anyone can taken the membership and
contribute towards the achievement of goals, task.
Democracy- There is freedom is available so everyone can express their views in the
organization.

30 products.

Organisational structure is a model which tell that organization is running in effective
manner in a proper way or not to achieve the goals of organization. It include the roles,
responsibility and rules (Liu and Zhang, 2019).Through this help company can run in effective
manner and the productivity level of employee is also increasing. Vodafone group adopt any one
of them. There are various structure-
Divisional organization structure – In this structure task is divided according to the
skills in the organization. In context to Vodafone group, manager divide the roles and
responsibility according to their skills. The advantage is it divide the work according to
the task with a leadership quality. It allows to build a common culture and contribute both
to high morale and better knowledge of the division. It also helps in dividing the work
into several task which result in increase the effectiveness of worker and productivity so
they can achieve the goal in short period of time. Whereas the disadvantage is it lead to
incompatibilities. There is also difficulty in allocation of resources also (Subramaniam,
Singhal and Hopkinson, 2019). Flat organisational structure- It is the method of organisation in which there is no level
of management between management and staff member . They supervise the employee
less while promoting their involvement in decision making. The advantage of this
structure is it evaluate the employees responsibility and improve the coordination and
improve the communication. It help in decision making also. Whereas disadvantage is it
create confusion among the employees,specific job of employee is not be clear.

This analysis is useful for the purpose to know the effect of external factor. The factor is
explained below-
Political factor- The political is not stable in the UK therefore it is the important part of
the organization (Mekonnen, 2018). They can easily access the effect which is create by
changes in the rules and regulation of the government. Vodafone's stability is also
influenced by the government new policy.
Economic factor- In the UK the economic factor play a vital role in the organisation ,
because due to change in interest rates, wages and employment, inflation . In the
Vodafone group, employment effect them because worker is not available at low cost.

Social factor- In these factor, all such factor include like taste, fashion and wealth. The
main aim of the organization to promote their brand on the social network sites(Rapola,
2019).They can effect the lifestyle, buying habit and eduction level. In the Vodafone
group, all such factor effect the selling of product because some peoples have different
social custom and tradition and preferences. So it is depend upon the users to choose that
telecom or not.
Technological factor- In this factor technology is play main role in these factor, it
include innovation, automation, research and development. In Vodafone group, they
always use the upgraded technology so they can give better function to customer related
to their competitor. It is necessary for quickly changes to prepare (Rapola, 2019).
Environmental factor- In this factor all the necessary things are used in the organisation
which is not effect the environment. In context to Vodafone group , they become more
conscious to the environment they become environment -friendly and also do corporate
social responsibility to attract the users to increase the customer of their network.
Legal factor- In these factor all the organization have to operate with the laws of the
country in which they open their business (Rekha, Mishra and Chauhan, 2017). They
have different law made for all different activity which everyone want to follow. In
Vodafone group, they have to follow laws and legal operation at the place of company
operation.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that company is the association of two or
more person which are come together for achievement of the goal or specific task. Company is
form into different types. There are different external and internal factor which effect the
company in different forms.
